The hotel just feels luxurious! It’s an 8 minute walk from the Midosuji line which stops at both Namba and Umeda, which is quite convenient. It’s by the river, so if you’re a runner, you have a nice 6k loop you can run around the river and a nice rose garden along the way. Service was exceptional, inclusive breakfast was amazing and the rooms were just the best to come back to after a long day of exploring. The mattress was more on the firm side. They have a basic gym with a DB (10kg max), a cable machine and a few cardio machines. You also have a big laundry, with so many machines that doubles as both washing machine and dryer so no need to change out clothes from one machine to the other, and the best part is you can see the statuses of the machine from the TV in your room! They have a family mart downstairs outside the hotel entrance and a Lawson around the corner. Great spot!

The view from the rooms is absolutely amazing. We were on the 25th floor. The staff were all really friendly and the location was great. We even booked for another night and tagged it onto our stay we enjoyed it that much. Excellent value for money and best hotel we’ve stayed in in Japan - we’ve been here three weeks.

The room was spacious and very clean. Our room was also on a very high floor and we enjoyed the view and the stay very much. The hotel is also located at a rather quiet place and we were able to have fantastic sleep there.

Brand new structure, very beautiful and modern in a perfect position to visit Osaka! Beautiful rooms, very big!!! Not to be underestimated the laundry room, huge and you will always find one available and the service of checking the status of the washing machines from the TV or smartphone is very convenient! Special mention to the sofa, best naps ever

A very comfortable room with a luxury feel and a great city view. The skybath was a great bonus. A great location if you want to be close to Umeda for shopping. We’d stay again for sure.
