Excellent location in Shinsaibashi with easy access to Dotonbori, shopping, restaurants, and transport. The hotel was modern, clean, and well presented, and the rooftop onsen was a great feature after long days exploring Osaka. Staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is in a great location, 10-15 mins outside of dotonbori and main shopping attractions. The room is quite spacious for Japan. The bed was very comfortable for my liking. The hotel staff was nice and polite.

I liked the decor of the hotel. It was perfectly located - 200m from the Running Man sign. Could see Dotonbori from our window. I enjoyed having a massage in my room. It was a quiet oasis in a busy area. I enjoyed the onsen experience.
