Clean and modern place and equipments. Nice bathroom and kitchen (the fridge was not fully cleaned, though). Neighborhood was quiet, and Awaji station has a good amount of shop and restaurants. Shin Osaka is easy to reach.

A lot of space, very close to Awaji-eki of Hankyuu-sen , probably takes 3 minutes walk with 7kmh walking speed, the property has 2 toilets and most facilities are nice including microwave freezer and refrigerator. Also close to grocieries shops with large selection of food. Very quiet neighborhood

Quite a lot od space in the appartment, 2 warmed toilets and nice bathroom with washing mashine. Close to small train station.

The property was spacious, clean and near to the train station. There were many convenience stores nearby. Communication was fast and instructions were clear.

The house design

It is so near to Awaji Station (Hankyu and JR), to Oasis (grocery store) and it is a quiet neighborhood. My friends went jogging around the area early in morning.

The rooms was spacious and the bathroom was clean! Love that it has the space of the whole house so it doesn't feel cramp at all. There'a a family mart, lawson and 7-11 nearby as well as an Oasis (supermarket). Hankyu subway line and JR line easily accessible.

The house was great. Very spacious and comfortable and the host was very communicative during our stay. It has a big bathtub and the kitchen was good too. They have two stations nearby and many convenience stores. It's a residential area but there are also some places to eat around there. It's also a good location to go to Kyoto by subway!

It was such a great unit and location near Awaji station - very convenient. But the smart bath tub was the best - water filled up according to your preferred temperature and will alert you with the sweetest Japanese voice when it’s ready!

Similar to what others have mentioned, the Wi-Fi was not exceptional. However, the property itself was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything we required. It offered ample space, especially the generously sized bedrooms, accommodating two separate families, comprising three adults and two teenagers. The property's proximity to local shops and a conveniently short walk to the station made our stay even more convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and served as a comfortable base for our commute to Nara & Osaka.

Clean and spacious on a deaccent price. the apartment is close to a supermarket and a train station you can take to Osaka central and to Kyoto.

What a pleasant surprise! This new construction building was scrupulously clean, large and perfect for our family of five plus a friend. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly as a base for the Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Nara area. We had JR passes and the local JR Awaji station was only two stops from Shin-Osaka Station, so Shinkansen to various areas was easy to navigate and fast. The Awaji metro area (three minutes away) also had many places to eat, convenience stores and a laundromat. The washing machine was a blessing, and the nearby laundromat coped with the drying of the clothes. All instructions were easy to understand, the only thing I found confusing was what rubbish was burnable and what wasn't - I hope I got it right. Bath was lovely.
