“Dishonest campground”
I booked a 1 night stay at Torre Mucchia. We booked 1 empty lot for 5 people 5 tents for €52 as listed on booking.com. When we arrived at the campground the guy in the office has charged me an extra €36 for extra tents. There was no mention on the booking that there would be extra charges and I am not satisfied that the campground had any reason to charge extra. I would like a refund of the €36. I tried to reason with the man in the office but he was unhelpful and did not honour what we booked. The prices on booking.com do not match what they are charging at the campground which is misleading. The campground had loud music on until 11pm
