“Wonderful views and wonderful hosts”

The apartment was thoughtfully laid out with a well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom, heated bathroom floor and a relaxing living/dining area. Outside you could sit and admire views over Ortisei and up to the peak whilst having breakfast. Our hosts were welcoming and were a wealth of local information. Highly recommend this lovely accommodation 😊

“A must stay if you come to the Dolomites”

Located in the little village of Ortisei, this property has a perfect location on a hill. The view of the mountains and the village is stunning, especially when the sun rises. The apartment is well decorated, clean, with a fully furnished kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The bed were comfortable and the apartment was warm and cozy. The parking garage is huge. The walk to the village is fantastic, especially in the snow. If you love skiing, this is the place for you! Lorenz and Carmen are the best! You cannot find more attentive, friendly and welcoming landlords. Our vacation was amazing. We loved every moment in Ortisei and for sure we will choose Villa Quenz next time we come back to the Dolomites.

A pleasant journey with 5 days stay. Lorenz was waiting for us in the hallway when we arrived, out of surprise. Clean room and very cozy. Good location to eating and cable way. Seceda is 5 min walk. And Rasciesa is next door. Beautiful view from the window

Was fantastic and the best host we ever had

Lorenz and Carmen were fantastic hosts and always very willing to accommodate any additional requests we had. A definite plus to our visit in ortisei.

“Superb place, amazing hosts, incredible location”

This place was SUPERB. The location was really good but most importantly, the hosts were amazing, I cannot speak highly enough of them. We had incredible trouble with cancelled trains, late busses, missed connecting trains. Lorenz offered to help us out at 10 pm on a Saturday night and I cannot thank him enough. Carmen was a great hostess, offering herbs and vegetables from the garden, and giving us some homeade cake. They were incredibly friendly and helpful about everything. The views from the deck outside are so good and it is so peaceful to get there, smell the mountain air, listen to the church bells and relax. Make sure you find out about the escalators to bring you up from town because the walk is steep.

“Quiet yet central, clean and comfortable place”

My partner, 7-month baby, and I enjoyed 4 nights in early September At QFS. It was the perfect location for us- we could easily walk to the centre of town to get groceries, catch the bus, or walk to several of the cable cars. The cleanliness was immaculate, all the way down to the kitchen utensils (which I deeply appreciate!). We have already recommended the place to our friends and family, and are hoping to return one day in the winter!
