Overview
Residence Villa Stella offers apartments with free Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV and private parking. The residence is about 37 km from Bolzano and 9.7 km from Puez-Odle natural park. The buses that stop 500 metres away provide connection with Santa Cristina, Bressanone, Chiusa and other towns. The Rasciesa funicular is 150 metres from the property while the Alpe di Siusi funicular is 550 metres from the property.

“A Fairytale Stay in the Heart of the Dolomites”
One of the loveliest places we’ve ever stayed! Fairytale views from the balcony. Spacious, spotlessly clean apartment with everything we needed. The host was incredibly patient and helpful, including recommending a reliable private transfer from the train station. Excellent location in the heart of Ortisei, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Within minutes of the Seceda Cable Car and Alpe di Siusi Gondola. A big plus was being able to store our luggage after check out and use the toilet and shower facilities before our afternoon train. Highly recommended!

This accommodation was absolutely magical — it genuinely felt like stepping into a fairy tale. The property was beautiful, full of charm, and surrounded by stunning scenery that made our stay unforgettable. The kitchen was very well equipped, allowing us to comfortably prepare our own meals whenever we wanted. Everything we needed was provided, which made the stay feel like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better. It was only a short walk into town, making it easy to explore restaurants, shops, and the local atmosphere. It was also incredibly convenient for accessing the main cable cars.

We had a great stay at Residence Villa Stella. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and everything was clearly explained. Each morning, fresh bread rolls were left outside our door based on our selection, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the ski run (mountains kind of blocked by a big tree, but still a nice view). There were free snacks in the lobby and a coffee machine available at any time, which we really appreciated. Check-out was also simple and clearly explained. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay with thoughtful little extras.

Everything about Villa Stella is amazing as soon as you enter. The fragrance and the lovely welcome from Tiziana who is very helpful with information and generous with assistance. We have two young children, the family room was perfectly design and extremely functional. Easy access to town with basement garage for your car.

“Beautiful”
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Stella in Ortisei. The building itself is absolutely beautiful, with a charming and well-maintained exterior that immediately sets the tone for a relaxing stay. Inside, everything was spotless, the level of cleanliness was truly impressive and made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. The location is another standout feature. It’s perfectly situated in a premium spot, making it easy to explore Ortisei and the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. A special mention goes to the lovely housekeeper (Lady Carmen), who was amazing. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and dedication really elevated our experience and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Noemi

“We will be booking again.”
We were on a skiing holiday. The first thing to say is that all the staff were very helpful and very friendly. We arrived late so they made arrangements for us to settle in. Every aspect of the room was good. Kitchen area fully equipped, bed with TV at end was comfortable. The bath and shower was great at the end of a hard days skiing. The ski room was professionally equipped and had two access points from outside. Parking was available either in the under ground garage or just outside off the road. The walk to either side of the valley to access the cable cars is short. From Ortisei you can ski to Santa Cristina and then onto and around the Sella Ronda and back as well as the slopes around Ortisei. The whole building is beautifully decorated and furnished and exceptionally clean. Delivery of bread early in the morning and access to free coffee was a delightful bonus. We will be booking again.

“Lovely stay, superb staff”
The staff was super helpful and strived to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Particularly appreciated the support with my small baby, they even provided a mountain stroller free of charge. Location was great.

“Warm and Nice place for vacation in the Ortisei”
Had the most unforgettable stay over the past three days. Right from pre-check-in, the communication was always on point—the host was incredibly patient and gave me all the details I needed. She gave me detailed recommendations for my hikes and literally saved the day when I got stuck up on the mountain. She really had my back.

“Well-appointed central location - value for money”
Stayed for 12 days skiing The Dolomites. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with separate kitchen, main bathroom and second toilet with direct garden access (not needed in January!) Relatively close to the Seceda Cable Car (main lift up to access the Sella Ronda) - about a 4/5 minute (easy uphill) walk in ski boots as well as close to the town centre. Direct indoor and outdoor access to heated ski room with boot dryers - you can leave rental gear there and they will pick it up at the end of your rental period. Complimentary 24x7 coffee, hot chocolate etc from reception and fresh bread rolls delivered to your room each morning is a nice touch. Clean, quiet and good value for money.
