“Nice view and close walk to Seceda chair lift”

Spacious room with a beautiful view. Beds were comfortable. Location is good, close to Seceda chair lift but there is a steep walk up to the apartment. We ended up renting a locker at Seceda for our ski equipment because it would have been too difficult to walk up with ski boots. Laundry facilities are shared but clean and in good condition.

Very big and clean

The apartment is spacious, clean, the beds are comfortable. It has a spacious garage and a ski storage room.

The apartment is spacious for 4 people. It's possible to separate the beds into 2 singles in one of the bedrooms. There's underground parking garage and a ski-room. The owners is very responsive.

We have a great stay here. Apartment was clean and comfort for our group. Kitchen has full equipment. View from the room was beautiful. Easy to check in and out. Location was good to travel to Seceda and Alpe di Suisi, walkable. We can park our car at the apartment and travel by walk.

Only problem was the reception hand over. We obviously had not received a particular email from the owners with further details which we needed. From the point of view of a visitor from the UK, the apartment lacked some facilities.

Great location, close to Seceda cable car and only 10 minute walk to town. Easy to find and drive to, with garage parking available onsite. The bathroom was large in size, as was the bedroom. Apartment was clean.

View was great, a lot of space, kid-friendly

Our host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication before and after arrival was fantastic, and very fast. Wonderful accommodation, I'd highly recommend!

“Amazing views, a comfortable home, and a wonderful host”

We stayed at this residence in Ortisei with family, and the experience was excellent. The apartment is spacious, functional, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped — perfect for preparing breakfast or a simple dinner. The bathroom was one of the highlights: large, modern, with great water pressure and a hairdryer. Both the beds and sofas were very comfortable, ideal for relaxing after long hikes in the Dolomites. The location is up on the hillside, which offers stunning views of the mountains and the town below. Even though it’s elevated, it’s easy to reach thanks to the Seceda escalators. It’s also the perfect location if you're heading to Seceda, whether by trekking or taking the cable car. The building has nice outdoor common areas where you can eat or have a drink while enjoying the fresh air. Another big plus was our host, Nadia. She welcomed us warmly, was always helpful, and even arranged free public transport passes for us — a fantastic benefit, especially if you're not traveling by car. The only small downside was the lack of some basic cooking items like salt or oil, but Nadia brought them right away when we asked. The uphill walk can be a bit tiring if you're carrying groceries or not used to walking much, but the views from the apartment more than make up for it. Highly recommended!

the place have washing machine and dryer at the basement. Walking distance to Ortesei town centre and cable car station. Place is clean and facilities are good for family or someone who likes to cook or have breakfast in the apartment.

Nice and cozy place. Great view, functional kitchen and comfortable bed. Location is good, close to ski lift and village center, although its a bit steep walk to reach the building. The locker dryer for ski boots in the basement didnt work, and thats the only downside of our stay there. Host was very responsive and nice.

The location could not of been better, short walk into the town and even shorter walk to the Seceda Gondola. Clean and comfortable, fit 5 of my friends on a ski trip perfectly.

The apartment is just like on the photos presented. We have been in E22, on the second floor and there was enough space for 4 adult people to sleep each in a single bed, as it was our main request for the owner. The garage was good, there was a washing and drying machine available in the basement, also ski storage, and the garbage place was just next to the house door. The house is in the street which is sharp uphill, but just 5 min to the Seceda gondola. Nadia was so nice and very helpful for anything we asked for 🤩. Definitely, we will come back!
