Only 500 metres from the Seceda and Alpe di Siusi ski areas, Residence Cesa Ladina is a 5-minute walk from Ortisei town centre. It boasts apartments with mountain views, a garden and free ski storage. Apartments at the Cesa Ladina comprise 1 or 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a seating/dining area with flat-screen TV. All come with wooden floors and a washing machine. Some have a balcony. The location is ideal for trekking or biking. The residence will provide you with a map. A public ski bus to/from the city centre is available in winter, from behind the house. Parking at the property is free.

“A perfect base for exploring Ortisei and the Dolomites.”
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Ortisei. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well appointed, and perfectly located within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Miriam was an excellent host, always helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We would love to return again one day.

“Cozy home with stunning views”
This lovely house in the heart of Ortisei felt like something out of a fairytale. The interior was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Miriam, the host, was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. The view from the window was peaceful and stunning, and we loved relaxing in the sunny garden right outside. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the location was very convenient — just above the main street, with easy access via the Seceda escalator or stairs leading directly to the supermarket. We had booked a one-bedroom apartment by mistake instead of a two-bedroom, so we used the sofa bed — but it was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The heating worked perfectly, and having a free washer and dryer was a huge plus during our trip. There’s also spacious parking inside the building, which is great if you’re traveling by car. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

“Cozy apartment, great views”
The apartment was really cozy, clean and well equipped. Magnificent views of the valley! We appreciated the laundry facilities, garbage sorting and the location near bus stops and grocery stores. Communication with Miriam was easy. We highly recommend this accommodation!

our host was so lovely, the apartment was beautiful!! so clean and had everything you needed. kitchen is great and had all the utensils needed to cook. Our room had two bathrooms which was nice. Fast wifi, washing machine and dryer downstairs worked great, parking easy and safe underground, elevator also. beautiful view from our room and could sit outside too.

“Excellent mountain lodge”
Property looks over the stunning village of Ortisea. The outlook is amazing. Its an ideal location for a summer or winter getaway. Our host Miriam was very helpful and friendly providing us with all the current local information on activities, local buses, spring opening dates of cable cars and gondolas etc. We 4x60 year olds did three completely different walks of about 4-5hours. The variety of the terrain was excellent. For serious hikers there is plenty as well. Also very convenient to the town for restaurants bars supermarkets etc Apartments are super clean with great balconies. We would definitely return to Cesa Ladina
