“From residence a lot of walkable locations, fair price in space and quality.”
Appartment had everything we needed, good parking. Clean on arrival. Very spacious as well. Good location, center is on walking distance. Ski lifts are also on walking distance but for Seceda I paid for parking.

“A very comfortable stay in the heart of Val Gardena”
We had a very relaxing week at Ben Ste. Our host Katherina met us at arrival, gave us lots of information, free passes to the local swimming pools and public transport. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, warm and well equipped . The building has a basement garage where we parked our car. Shops are at walking distance, , it is a quiet area of Ortisei. I will definitely return!

“For the price it was very good.”
Having a proper kitchen so didn’t always need to eat out. It also had a laundry so I could easily catch up on washing clothes.

“Perfect apartment for a week in the Dolomites!”
This apartment in the heart of Ortesi is the PERFECT location to visit the Dolomites for the week. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here and only wish we had longer to continue our adventure. Our host Emanuel was so kind and greeted us quite late in the afternoon, he gave us suggestions for spots we could visit which we would highly recommend listening to. The apartment itself had everything you would need to cook clean and enjoy a home away from home. Free parking on site. Two gorgeous balconies! There are two small supermarkets less than a 5 min walk away, the main town center is a 10 min walk which has the main fully stocked supermarket. The cable cars to seceda and Alpe Di Susi are only a 15 minute walk away. St Magdalena is less than 1 hour by car / Lago Di Carezza less than 1 hour. Tre Cime/ Cadini Di Misurina is a 2 1/2 hour drive away. Couldn’t think of a better spot to explore this beautiful part of Italy. Emanuel thank you for a fantastic experience we will be back!

- The location was extremely convenient & close to your grocery stores, restaurants, the downtown area & your hikes - Residence Ben Ste was extremely clean & well maintained - The amenities at the flat were great. IE: Laundry, extra linen, a full kitchen, etc. - The host (Emanuel) was extremely hospitable & was a pleasure to interact with
