“Exceptional hospitality, stunning views, and a perfect location.”

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. The staff were the kindest and most welcoming hotel staff I have ever encountered, and I travel frequently and stay in hotels often. They truly made us feel at home. The hotel offers free parking, which was very convenient, and the infinity pool is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the town and the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious options. We also loved the complimentary afternoon snack, especially the homemade cakes. A nice extra was the complimentary bus pass provided by the hotel, and the bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The location is perfect – only a 5-minute walk to the town center (around 10 minutes back because of the uphill walk). The Seceda cable car is about 10 minutes away on foot, and the Alpe di Siusi cable car is only 5 minutes away. We didn't use our car at all during our stay because everything was within walking distance. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is truly exceptional. It feels like a dream, with a genuine warmth and family atmosphere that is hard to find. After several weeks of traveling alone, by my second day here I already felt at home. Everyone made a difference , the reception team, the restaurant staff, and every person I interacted with during my stay. Their kindness and attention to detail created such a welcoming environment. The hotel itself is beautiful. After a long day of hiking and exploring, it was wonderful to return to such stunning facilities, breathtaking views, and outstanding service. Every detail reflects the care and passion that goes into making guests feel comfortable and valued. One of the most memorable places I have stayed, and I would gladly return. Highly recommended.

An excellent family run hotel. The situation just outside the centre of Ortisea offers peace & quiet, as well as stunning views. Breakfast and dinner offer plenty of choice, and the afternoon tea is a welcome extra after a day's hiking. There was always a member of staff on-hand to provide advice and recommendations for nearby hikes and excursions. The infinity pool and well-being area are impeccably clean and quite spacious. It's a short walk into the centre of town, so you can leave the car and access restaurants and several cable cars on foot.

We really loved the wellness area - what a view from the sauna. The warm swimming pool was amazing too. The staff were so kind, we are so grateful. They even prepared us a packet lunch on our last day. We only ate once in the hotel restaurant because we were curious to try some place in town, but once was enough to say it was amazing quality and good value for money

Facing the captivating mountain views, it provides a genuine sense of relaxation, along with refreshments and a comfortable lounge area. Even if one doesn't venture into the mountains for a hike, simply staying in the hotel's spa area is a profound way to unwind and indulge. 3. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, willing to provide any assistance you may need.
