“A very nice stay close to Ortesei”

The staff were so friendly, the pool and leisure facilities were very nice. Easy to access by bus. The breakfast and dinner was excellent.

The owner family is an example of how tourist business should be managed. The most significant aspects: hospitality, friendly service, and attention for details and cleanliness. Food was great. Aside from the breakfast included in the room rate, we had dinner every night for 6 nights. All dinners were excellent. Facilities are great. The pools and jacuzzi are super clean and welcoming. The view is magic. Both covered and open parking are available for free.

Buffet breakfast, with a wide selection in a pleasant restaurant. Great location hotel with a view of the valley. The hotel gave us a bus pass, the bus stop was in front of the hotel, so we didn't have to drive, we could go anywhere, e.g. Ortisei 10 minutes by bus. Friendly staff, nice environment, cleanliness, excellent dinner.

The room was very spacious and clean, the dinner which is optional was very delicious and well priced. The hotel was also very good at catering to my gluten free needs. They made me an amazing pasta one night for dinner. Staff are so lovely in general and we hope to be back for winter season some day.

“Stunning Views & Cosy Hotel”

Cosy hotel with beautiful scenic views. Great facilities and lovely breakfast and dinner options. Something to consider it is slightly out of the Ortiesi town centre so would recommend having a car (there is free parking), there are also buses.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was on the highest level. Perfect location, breathtaking views from the room, cleaninness . Spa was perfect. The staff was super friendly and professional. Dinners were delicious. We were happy with our choice.

I could not find any fault with Hotel Scherlin. It was such a wonderful 5 night break in a beauiful location. Absolutely amazing. Everything about it was top class, and great value for money. Would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend..

The size of the room with the outstanding views exceed my expectations. All the hotel staff were so helpful and friendly and the last night I found out they were family. The buffet breakfast was amazing and we only had 1 dinner in the hotel which was outstanding

Rooms, design, convenience, outdoor pool, whirlpool, saunas, food, personell, owners, it was all on the topmost level and we really enjoyed our stay at the fullest.

I had a very pleasant stay at Scherlin in Ortisei. The property was extremely clean — one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in — and the overall atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful. There were no disturbing noises at all, which made it very easy to relax and sleep well at night. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the beautiful view toward Ortisei. The location is also very convenient, being close to Val Gardena and Alpe di Siusi, which makes it a great base for exploring the area.

Our stay was amazing! We had a huge room with a beautiful view on the mountains and a valley, very comfortable and plenty of space to relax. The property has great amenities as well, such as pools, saunas and even a game room. We found the location good as well, close to all the ski lifts but away from the crowds. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the parking is also available. The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone was super helpful and always friendly, no complaints whatsoever. We always felt like we were taken care of. We had breakfast and also had dinner at the hotel. The dinner was amazing every day, for the great price, we could have a buffet with appetizers and a 3 course meal every day, very convenient and organized well. Food was also great and lots of options. Definitely worth it! Overall, the stay was great and we would like to come back again!
