View, room, staff, breakfast, location

This property was absolutely beautiful! The room itself was so spacious and we loved hanging out on the balcony looking out at the view. The breakfast on offer was one of the better hotel breakfast’s we have had and the shuttle service was also really helpful.

Amazing facilities. Really cozy and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were amazing, variety offer of food and very delicious. Wellness and spa were amazing, very clean, heated floor and possibility of ordering drinks and food in the wellness is amazing benefit.

Facilities. Nice swimming pool, sauna and outdoor hot water pool. Also the salad buffet in dinner is great.

The breakfast and dinners were exceptional. The staff were so friendly and made the whole stay feel so personal. The spa was amazing! (Can order drinks directly to the hot tub / pool - perfect!) Shuttle down to three points in the town (and pick up) was a fabulous touch we didn’t realise was included until we arrived. Stunning interiors and everything was super clean.

Our stay at Hotel Niblea was truly fantastic — even better than we expected! The staff were absolutely wonderful and always so kind and attentive. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool area, which became our favorite spot to relax every afternoon after long hikes in the Dolomites. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean, just like the entire hotel which is maintained at the highest level of cleanliness. On our last day we had to leave very early in the morning (around 6 a.m.) and would have missed breakfast. We asked Linda if it was possible to prepare something for the road, and she kindly prepared sandwiches for us with such a positive attitude — it was the perfect touch to end our stay. Mauro, one of the waiters, was exceptionally kind, as well as the lady at the reception. In fact, every single member of the staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, always with a smile and positive energy. We absolutely recommend Hotel Niblea without hesitation!

I can’t say enough about this hotel. We arrived late at night, and the staff was kind enough to prepare us sandwiches since we had missed dinner and had a long day. The food each day was incredible. We made the mistake of going elsewhere one evening and regretted it because the food wasn’t as good as what we had at Hotel Niblea. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was clean. And the view! Amazing. Also, a great central location for hiking the Dolomites.

Didn't want to leave and will definitely go back. We stayed for our honeymoon and it was significantly better than we expected. We primarily booked the hotel for the views of Ortisei and the Seceda mountain but every other aspect of the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were fantastic - diligent, attentive, and incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent, with a dedicated webpage for ordering food / drink as well as local weather, attractions etc. This made everything so simple and meant we could really make the most of it. The hotel offered a dedicated shuttle bus into Ortisei (5 minutes into town) which could be called upon to drop us off / pick us up which we didn't expected and were so greatful for. The food was excellent - a great choice for breakfast, and an evening menu that was always exciting (even after 7 nights). The drink choices were also great - with local wines and beers and to be honest anything we fancied. The hotel decor and environment were great - feeling both traditional but also modern with lovely finishing that made you feel at home. The bar was super cosy and relaxed, with a great atmosphere, views of the town and mountains, the perfect spot for an evening drink (and some live music on one occasion). The spa and pool area were amazing (especially given the fact that it's primarily a hotel) and the facilities were better than many dedicated spas that we have been to. Again, one could sunbathe or dip in the pool with incredible views, or chill out in the relaxation areas. Our room was excellent, with large windows facing in different directions and a lovely balcony to sit and have a coffee on. The sofa and seating meant we could also sit and relax at the end of a long day hiking and just enjoy the views and comfort. There was ample storage and space so help us feel at home for the week.

The location is perfect as was breakfast and dinner. Cleanliness was exceptional. The staff was exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. The spa was a very nice feature.
