Very good staff, who took initiative to tell me about getting 40 Euro refund. I had it booked through booking.com and Staff guided me on steps to cancel reservation on booking.com and managed to get 40 Euros back!! Loved the Room, very good cleaning staff. Tap water is drinkable tastes like mineral water from the bottle. Outside view through the entire glass window on one side of the wall was A+. Shower/Washroom are very big. Japanese style toilet bidet where it is automated. Rooms are very spacious. You can spend lot of time in your room. They have smart TV maybe 75" where I was able to watch Amazon prime. My schedule became Hiking and sightseeing in morning and afternoon, while enjoying amazon prime in the evening. You get free bus pass during your stay and they also suggest good restaurants in Ortisei.

The rooms are new and very comfortable. The beds are wonderful, bed linen fresh and soft, the huge shower with very good water pressure is just amazing. And the view is beautiful! Breakfast was also very nice, we spent four nights there are weren’t bored :)

“Perfect”

The view overlooking Ortisei is spectacular. The hotel is beautiful and full of thoughtful details — the decoration, beds, showers, everything was perfect. The breakfast was very varied and the quality of the products was excellent. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, and they explained very clearly what to do and visit in the area. It’s ideal if you arrive by car, but if you are traveling on foot there is a bus that passes once every hour. Walking up can be a bit demanding if your fitness level is not great, but for me it was not a problem at all. They also have an agreement with the municipal swimming pool, which is great, and it opens in June.

“Beautiful new hotel, perfect for skiing in and out”

Beautiful hotel, everything completely new and done with eye for detail. The room and bathroom was stunning! Perfect for skiing in and out for the seiser alm.

It is a beautiful family-run newly opened facility. The rooms are spacious and the views stunning. The ski room is big and well organised and the slopes are easily accessible. If you don't want to ski all the way back, the transport is organised from the centre of the village. The owners and the staff are kind and always available for any advice. The breakfast is rich with high quality ingredients, it was a pure pleasure to get up earlier and have a long meal enjoying the views from the dining room. The walk to the village for dinner was refreshing, we were not bothered to climb up the hill on return, we preferred that and left the car in the garage during all of our stay. Overall, a true gem that delivers exactly how advertised, even more!

Cosiness of the place and feeling of space and modernity in one. Style of fit-out. Breakfast area with paronamic view of Ortisei and the mountains. Breakfast - good quality and variety. Our room 301 had plenty of storage space for our family 2+3 to keep it tidy for a long stay. Our family agreed that all the beds were very comfortable. Spectacular day and night view from our room. Very convenient to ski-in-out and walk down to the town. Convenient shuttle service from the town. Hosts and staff have been very thoughtful and supportive.

breakfast excelent, location is uphill but they have a private shuttle that can bring you back after ski day, and view is great.

This place was absolutely one of the best places we ever stayed in. The owner is one of the kindest people we have ever met. The room itself is magical, comfortable and well decorated. The view is amazing, and we just can't wait to come again. For us - it's the only option when visiting the north of Italy.

“Great modern suits in Ortisei.”

Completely new apartments, we arrived on the first day of their opening. Very modern interior, wooden paneling, comfortable and large suits. Large underground parking, ski room etc. Superb breakfast, including made to order eggs/omelettes. Honesty self service bar with wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks. 10-15 mins steep walk down/up to Ortisei center or shuttle available in the afternoon. Ski in/out in winter. Free access to Ortisei aqua center. We had good value for money as the property had opening discount. Overall we would really recommend this for visiting Val Gardena both in winter and summer.

The view is beautiful. The staff are friendly.

Breakfast included in the room was absolutely amazing, with the view of the morning sunrise especially so. Location was a little tough to get to if you're not familiar with the buses but driving made it easy. 10-15 minute hike to the city center for food and other supermarkets. Staff were absolutely helpful when we had issues with our car rental and dealing with our first time in snow
