A special mention must go to the owner, Alexandria, who was absolutely lovely throughout my stay. Her warmth, hospitality, and genuine care for guests are reflected in every part of the experience. She helped make my visit feel personal and memorable, and it is clear that her passion for hospitality is at the heart of what makes Casa Al Sole so special. The staff were outstanding throughout my stay. They were warm, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, offering excellent recommendations on local activities, mountain destinations, and e-bike rentals that helped me make the most of my time in the area. The complimentary breakfast featured a diverse and high-quality selection of options, catering to a range of tastes while maintaining a fresh and authentic feel. What stood out most was the hotel’s rich family atmosphere. Despite its boutique size, Casa Al Sole delivers an experience that rivals many luxury resorts. Every detail feels intentional, from the beautifully arranged tables and tablecloths to the crockery, cutlery, and overall presentation throughout the property. There is a genuine sense of care and precision behind everything they do. I would wholeheartedly recommend Casa Al Sole to anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic, and high-quality stay. Whether you’re visiting for adventure, relaxation, or simply to experience the beauty of the region, this hotel provides the perfect balance of boutique charm, personalised service, and resort-level quality. The service was great, breakfast was delicious and the rooms are modern and clean. The staff and owners are very kind, warm and helpful. They gave gave us daily good advice which was really helpful.

We had the most fantastic stay at Casa al Sole. The house is beautifully restored - minimalistic but very stylish. The hosts (including dog Jack) were very welcoming and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast each morning was a particular highlight - delicious local produce which changed each morning. The location is also excellent - a very short walk into the heart of Ortisei. Can't recommend Casa al Sole enough!

Super position with amazing mountain views from our room/balcony (11) Everything about the place is immaculate. Fabulous classy details in the decor. Very contemporary despite the history from the 30’s. Everything felt ‘new’! Very sensible prices given the position and quality. We loved the fact that there is no TV in the room! The breakfast is amazing , creative and always used ingredients with the best local provenance. Evening apperitivi, liquid or solid, are right up there and priced correctly. All the ‘team’ were fabulous. The STARS of the SHOW are however undoubtedly, Manuel and Alexandra and of course JACK the dog! All 3 of them are lovely creatures and are clearly born to ‘please’. Funny, courteous, interesting and helpful, they are a phenomenal team that will make your stay here unforgettable.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was superb, especially the coffee and daily special treats. The owners/hosts Alexandra and Manual were exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. They even picked up that it was my birthday from my passport details.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel in Ortisei! The facilities were beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed—everything you could want for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what truly made our trip unforgettable was the owner. They went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal and special, offering genuine hospitality that you don’t often find. One of the highlights was the hiking recommendations we received. Instead of the usual crowded routes, the owner suggested lesser-known trails that led us to breathtaking views—with hardly another person in sight. These hikes were some of the best we've ever done and felt like our own private slice of the Dolomites. If you're planning a trip to Ortisei, we can’t recommend this place enough. A perfect mix of comfort, charm, and local insight that truly elevated our entire experience. We’ll definitely be back!
