Lovely top quality hotel with very friendly, professional staff. Really comfy beds with great bathrooms and the food is just beautiful. We also had a drinks reception in the garden around the fire pit. We had a fab stay and lovely to relax in the spa after skiing

This January, my wife and I stayed at the brand-new Boutique Hotel Planlim in Ortisei after visiting the area several times and always choosing a different perspective. From the first steps, we were impressed by the cozy atmosphere, spotless cleanliness, and the incredibly warm staff. The breakfast was delightful, the bistro made evenings special, and the wellness area was already fantastic. We can’t wait to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool as well. Without a doubt, after so many hotels in Ortisei, this one is our top pick for next time!

Clean, warm and modern. The staff were fabulous and the spa facilities exceptional. It was also so handy have personal lifts in and out of town to and from the slopes.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic! The spa facilities and pool are a lovely touch and so relaxing. Everything is very clean. Easy parking. The breakfast was delicious and best quality. To top it all off, the views are amazing!

We stayed at Hotel Planlim and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hotel is beautifully presented, and the staff were absolutely brilliant – some of the best service we’ve experienced in Italy, and always super friendly. The location is excellent, close to the town and all the facilities, and the restaurant was lovely as well. With the addition of the new wellness facility underway, it will only get better. We couldn’t fault a thing and would love to stay here again if we return to the area. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The staff were so friendly, and we wanted to give a special shout-out to Luca and Julian at reception for their brilliant suggestions on what to do around Ortisei - the activities were truly memorable. We also loved the facilities (especially the jacuzzi) and the view was simply breathtaking.

Everything! Excellent location. Ortisei is the most beautiful village in the Dolomiti area. The Hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms, the breakfast, the spa, the pool!!! Excellent! The gardens well kept! Only one thing wrong. 3 out of 5 evenings there was a theme in the hotel 's bistro. We didn't attend not even one because the cleaning staff that leave the information about the events, left the brochure of information so late, that we were far exploring the mountains, and by the time we came back everything was over. They should leave it earlier or preferably the day before. And also the bistro closes so early. It should be at least 2 hours more. Finally there is no staff at the hotel after 10:00 pm.

The facilities and staff at Hotel Planlim were exceptional. The property is rated as 3 star superior and we came to understand that is the top rating in the Ortisei region. Booking.com should list the property as 5 star plus. The property was beautifully designed. Cleanliness was great. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of local attractions. We highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.
