Overview
Set in a 9000 m² park, Adler Dolomiti is in Ortisei's pedestrian area, 100 metres from the Alpe di Siusi small cable car. Its free wellness centre includes indoor and outdoor pools plus saunas and hot tubs. Rooms are comfortable and very spacious with wood furniture and carpeted or wood floors. All come with free Wi-Fi, a minibar and an LCD TV with satellite and pay-per-view channels. Breakfast at Hotel Adler Spa Resort Dolomiti is buffet style. The restaurant serves Italian cuisine and South Tyrol specialities in a cosy environment. Guests have free bike rental and an outdoor children's playground. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available for free, and the ski deposit is also free. This 5-star hotel provides a daily outdoor programme with guided mountain biking and hiking tours, skiing, and snowshoeing. I had a wonderful stay at Adler Spa and Resort. The serene atmosphere, elegant accommodations, and world-class spa made it truly memorable. As someone who is coeliac, I was impressed by how well my dietary needs were catered to. A special thanks to Davide, our attentive and professional waiter, who made each meal enjoyable and worry-free. I left feeling refreshed and can't wait to return.

“Sublime spa, food and on the doorstep of fantastic walks”
This hotel exceeded our expectations, from a warm greeting on arrival with a welcome drink with a tour of the hotel grounds. Our car was parked for us and luggage taken to the room with no qualms. The hotel location was fantastic literally minutes away from the cable car station to alpi di suise. We hired e bikes which was my partner’s highlight. The spa was incredible! The food was incredible! We had full board and was not disappointed. The Mediterranean buffet was the best experience! Thank you to all at Adler, it was the best trip!

“Simply amazing”
its a bucket list hotel, the spa is unique, dolomites view and scenery, visited during Nov so Urtisei was a bit empty and everything closed but that gives you more time for spa or driving around exploring the area. The village itself is very beautiful. Breakfast and dinner simply 5star. All staff polite and happy.
