“Lovely quaint house suitable for the Cares de Gorge hike”
Brilliant location for many nice hikes in Picos de Europa, especially Cares de Gorge. Check-in instructions were clear and friendly staff (although she didn’t speak much English) who cleaned our room each day. Lots of cute neighborhood cats :)

The hotel is tucked away a bit, it has a nice atmosfeer. The host is very friendly and getting in touch with her was easy. The room is clean and had a bathtub. There is a good parking spot.

“Very good place to stay to explore the area”
The room was very nice and cosy, big enough with two windows giving enough light a nice view on the outside Beautiful house, up in the village, far enough from the, thus very quiet. Maria was very welcoming an serves a delicious breakfast. I stayed only a night resting after a week in the mountains, but I would definitely come back here and use it as a "base camp" to explore the surroundings

The breakfast was delightful - a perfect meal before a long day enjoying one of the many beautiful hikes nearby, such as the Ruta del Cares. The setting was exceptional - a beautiful, sleepy and rustic mountain town. The reception staff were very friendly.

“Good quiet location but room was hot for mid summer”
The location was good. There was ample parking space, though to get there by car through the narrow streets was a bit of a challenge. The room was clean and the shower had shampoo and soap. The communication from the staff prior to arrival was excellent.

“Great for a night over in a beautiful setting”
Lovely rural spot with beautiful views over the mountains. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant on the main road that is only 5 minutes walk and although it looked pretty basic, we had some of the best meals there and although the owners didn't speak any English, we got by and they were very friendly.
