“The hidden gem of Zakynthos”

If you're in luck and they are available - don't hesitate, just book! Absolutely everything was perfect, it's a real gem hidden away in the quiet north of Zakynthos. The view is phenomenal and everything has been thought of to the very last detail. There's even a well-stocked wine cooler! Kiriaki and Niko were incredible hosts, from the complimentary welcome basket, to being on call for anything I needed and especially for helping book the most amazing massage which I could enjoy in the villa. They offer some wonderful and unique experiences (private boat trips, horse-riding) and are there to ensure you enjoy every moment of your stay with them. Mary and Vladimir kept the place absolutely spotless and everybody was just so kind, you're always greeted with warmth and a smile. I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more, I can't wait to come back! Thank you again!

“Amazing accommodation”

This accommodation is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in the Deluxe Villa for two weeks. Kiriaki and Nikos are excellent hosts, they will help you with anything you need but also leave you to enjoy it in peace if that’s what you want. We didn’t hire a car initially and Kiriaki was kind enough to take us to the local town to get our supplies and hire a car, we had never experienced kindness like it from someone we’d never met before! I enjoyed driving around to explore the island and it was wonderful to have such a lovely place to come back to. The pool is cleaned every day and the apartment is cleaned frequently. The cupboards are stocked with appliances and anything you might need to cook nice meals, and there are three tavernas nearby. We recommend the one directly opposite which has a real Greek atmosphere; we looked forward to our dinners there. There are three beaches, two with snack places and the third has a food station run by Nikos also walking distance. Kiriaki runs a food station as well at the top of it all, her gyros was a regular meal for us! We had the chicken one and the falafel one and they were both delicious. We really loved it here, it deserves its high rating. The villas are behind an electric security gate which makes you feel really secure as well. We really recommend this accommodation and these hosts. We drove all around the island and think this is the best accommodation on Zakynthos to have as a base for adventures or for staying put. Location, view, beautiful interior, cosiness, easy communication

We stayed for a week in this little paradise. The villa has everything you need. It is beautifully clean and the hosts are there for you any time. Amazing place to stay.

Perfectly situated, great view over one of the quieter beaches on the island. Well appointed villa with ideal pool for a family. Hosts couldn’t be nicer.

Xigia Beach Residence offers a super cozy and peaceful location – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and they also run a small food truck down by the beach, which is a great bonus. I can absolutely recommend staying here!

“Perfect stay for a family and children.”

Fabulous peaceful location with three beaches and tavernas within walking distance. Our hosts Kiriaki and Nicolai were so welcoming and accommodating to our every need, arranging boats and transfers. The villa was very clean and the pool was perfect for a toddler and adults. Magnificent views and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We stayed in the Standard Villa and really loved the accommodation. It was spacious and had all the amenities listed in the description. There was also spacious dedicated parking for our hire car. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating to our needs and wishes and were always available if we needed for anything during our stay.

Amazingly helpfull and hard working staff, particularly the wonderful cleaning lady who came in and replaced linnen every other day. The property and property was pool/outdoor area was exceptionally clean and well appointed with everything you could need. Any issues were resolved as quick as possible and any questions or advice were no trouble.

This was my favourite stay of any of accommodation on the Greek Islands. Location was simply incredible. Hosts were BRILLIANT and left us a surprise hamper. Place was cleaned daily by a beautiful, discreet little cleaner. Bed was super comfy, shower was exceptional, full kitchen where I could prepare a homecooked meal from local produce.

The apartment was very nicely located with a view of the sea. The private pool was lovely. Owner is hospitable and helpful. The furnishings are well maintained, nothing was missing.

Really friendly hosts and everything was catered for. Was our first visit to the island and decided this was our favourite part of the island before we actually booked in, so was a win to have such a lovely villa right there, with great snorkelling a short walk from the villa
