“Magical!”

Seriously the best apartments I have ever been to. The owner is super nice and helpful. As I was there at the end of March, the Taverna below was still closed so I can't say anything about that. The apartment itself is just magical. Such a lovely place, lot's of space, well equipped kitchen and the best view from the Balcony. You can watch the sunrise from the bed. There is a beautiful beach right down the street. As the next city is a few kilometers away, this is an absolute escape from the crowds. Peaceful and quiet. I loved everything about it. If I ever come back to Zakynthos, I will book again.

A truly wonderful place: peaceful and quiet. Several great beaches are nearby, as well as a lovely winery, the shipwreck lookout, and other attractions. The view from every window and the balcony is perfect. Cozy interior. We stayed in December, yet it was still warm enough to swim in the sea And what we loved most: we had the entire beach to ourselves. The host is exceptionally kind — always smiling and ready to help.

The location and view from the apartment is amazing. You're a walking distance away from three different beaches with good snorkeling opportunities. Plus it's on a crossroads of a coastal route and inland route, so it's convenient to explore most of the mountainous north and west part of the island within 30 minutes. The apartment itself is very modern, with very good isolation, nice furniture and overall look. It feels quite high quality and upscale. The kitchen is sufficient for making home cooked dinner. Contact with the hosts was also superb. They were very friendly, and handled requests very well.

Firstly, it had an incredible view of the sea - amazing sunrises! I loved how spacious the balcony was as well as the apartment itself. It had everything you could need.

Had everything you needed, was very well equipped and nicely decorated too. Good aircon - a must in July! - plus lovely welcome treats too. Taverna below is fab, great food run by a lovely friendly family and very good value too. Fabulous views from the balcony especially at sunrise! On a busy road but didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back another time!!!

“Magical sunrise view and a true home away from home 🌅”

Everything about this apartment was wonderful. The view of the sunrise was absolutely breathtaking — almost magical. The open balcony with a small table and a drying rack made it a perfect spot to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including a coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of cookware. The two cozy bedrooms with modern renovations really impressed us, and the air conditioning in every room made our stay super comfortable, even on hot days. Having Netflix on the TV made our evenings feel just like home. A big bonus was the washing machine — incredibly convenient for a longer stay. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and ample storage space. There is also a lot of place to park your car. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and we’d be happy to stay here again without hesitation.

Comfortable and cozy apartment in the middle of olive grove, close to the most beautiful beaches, Pelagaki, Wolf Rock and Xigia Sulfur. Beaches have steep descents and climbs, so you will have some sport activity)) and then you can have a lunch or dinner in the Family Tavern on the first floor. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Tasty food. Big portions. No shops nearby if you don’t have car… But this place is amazing, nature, sea, beautiful sunrises and sunsets out of your window. Perfect place to relax your mind.

Beautiful apartment, totally new furniture, location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful place nearby the sea and out of the craziness of Laganas, kitchen was perfect and with all details. The owners are also the owner of the tavern below and they are super friendly, helpful and the food in the tavern is home cooked. Also this tavern has the best quality price in the area.

Under the apartment there is a taverna, it is very comfortable that you can eat this close and the food is really good. The view at sunrise is breathtaking. The kitchen is well equipped it has everything you need. The apartment is close to several beaches which you can reach by a few minutes walk.

Lovely apartment surrounded by nature and located near the beach of Pelagaki. We appreciated the coziness of the place, which has a picturesque view on the sea (you can watch the sunrise from this part of the island), the quiet location (far from the noisy areas of Laganas and Zakynthos), the taverna downstairs (which offered discounts to those staying in the apartments), but most of all our warm and wonderful hosts, who made our stay in Zakynthos very special. They made us feel like we were part of their big family and gave us a taste of the authentic Greek life, which meant so much more to us than a fancy vacation. Thank you!

The location and the view.AMAZING

We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the terrace and as those who like to swim early in the morning, we enjoyed the 5-minute walk down to the beach and swimming in the sea. At sunset in the evening, it was very enjoyable to watch the view of the olive trees and the vast sea from the terrace. It was a newly furnished/designed apartment room. From unopened bottles of pepper, salt, olive oil and coffee in the kitchen, to four different sized towels in the bathroom, a washing machine and a very comfortable bed, everything was thought out and perfect. We also had two large bottles of water and fruit juice in the fridge and white wine and crackers as welcome gift. Our host Stelios was attentive and helpful. Wifi worked very well. The apartment consisted of two rooms; both had air conditioning. Below us was the resort's restaurant. We ate there one evening and we were very pleased. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious like home cooking.

“Perfect”

Amazing newly decorated brigh and clean apartment.. I stayed in 3 different ones and this was by far the best one.. it is in the middle of nowhere but that’s what I wanted and right in front of xigia beach which is stunning.. if you want relax and peace this is the place.. thanks 🙏🏻

SUPERB accomodation. The apartment was very spacious and providing a perfect feeling of relaxation. All the facilities are very good and functional, there is a harmonious mixture of modern with traditional that creates a good comfort. The balcony is as well very spacious and no words can describe having breakfast with a view to the whole sea in such morning light. Sunrise seen from the balcony is incredible. All the staff are SUPER friendly and kind and we are very thankful for that and making us feel at home. Will never forget. The location is the best someone can ask for, in just a few minutes walk there are some of the best beaches in Zakynthos (my favourite beaches actually) and a few minutes drive there are all shops and supermarkets in Alykes. The food in the taverna is delicious!!! Thank you so much for one of the best stays we ever had!!
