“I would gladly stay again”
I loved: the historic house, its features, its comfort, its quietness, its pristine cleanliness. The swimming pool was the cleanest I have seen in many years. Wish it had been warm enough :).

“A perfectly lovely stay!”
What a lovely stay! Kevin and Etienne were such welcoming and helpful hosts -- before and during our visit --suggesting places to visit, helping us arrange transportation, even supplying me with a large plastic bag to protect my jacket and backpack when a rainstorm blew in. The beautifully renovated historic house, including carefully chosen appointments, was yet another layer of enjoyment. We're so glad that we opted to have dinner because it was one of the best we had in our two weeks of walking in France and Spain. (Beyond sharing great recipe tips, Etienne even incorporated rosemary from their garden when we mentioned that we like it.) Needless to say, we hope to return!
