“Stay was not worth the money we paid and there are better options out there”

We stayed in room 1 for our anniversary and the room size was huge however the space could have been used better and the bedroom could be bigger. It was in a central part of Ortahisar and easy to walk straight to the main street.

The place location was good. Surrounded by eating places and other facilities.

The location was absolutely perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful. The Building itself was splendid. The shower was magnificent. The ac and electrical sockets were more than ample.

Location is central and very well accessible. Taxi stand, grocery shop, restaurant is close by . Very quiet and relaxing.

It was such a nice and clean place to stay for holidays! We are very pleased and satisfied with everything in this Cave Hotel. Everything they promise is there. We would come here definetly again!!!

The property was very clean and spacious. The staff was immensely helpful. They gave us an early checkin and breakfast in bed on all the days. they also arranged cabs to the airport and within the city. 10/10 would recommend

Honestly this hotel is the best place I have ever stayed!! It is beyond beautiful! I stayed in February so it was very cold and snowing but the rooms were so nice and warm. Beautiful big radiators in every room. I stayed in the Suite with Private Pool and it was the best experience. Our own Turkish Hamam, king size bed and a smart TV. They also provided, water, tea, fruit, bathroom items and a miniature bottle of wine on arrival in our room! The place is spotless and very new so it’s lovely and modern. The breakfast is outstanding! So many options: omelette, cheese, Turkish sausage, cheese rolls, dips such as jam and honey, cake etc. The staff were also amazing. Very attentive and helpful, helped with our suitcases and any enquires we had and even let us check in early which was so helpful as it was so cold in the surrounding areas. They were polite and so welcoming. Overall this hotel was 5* and more, definitely worth the money and the hype!!

Loved everything about this hotel, it’s very special. the room was amazing, very big and the bathroom was huge. There is a lovely feel about it and the staff were so friendly and helpful. we loved the peaceful location although there isn’t much to do there but Goreme is easily driveable for restaurants etc. I would love to stay again if we come back to the area

The rooms were beautiful, the terrace was very nice also. We had a room with a spa bath which was great.

Very kind staff who were always ready to help. When we felt cold in the night, they proactively got us extra blankets and an electric heater. Breakfast was amazing and the lady who prepared it told us what she made each day (each day was different), and it was really home-cooked and with local ingredients. The room was very big, the bathroom had a clean and well-functioning shower and jacuzzi, and we were within a two-minute walk to the town center. This is a town that is a 10-minute drive to the major sights in the Cappadocia area but has not yet become too touristy, so it still looks and feels more local - don't expect tons of restaurants, but this is what we preferred. We really felt welcomed like in a "family" here!

We’re so happy we booked this for our four days in Cappadocia. We loved Ortahisar - more relaxed and authentic-seeming than Goreme - I bought a couple of lovely dresses, and we ate at Evi Wine Bar two consecutive nights as we enjoyed it so much. Great small supermarket right on the corner. The rooms themselves were exactly like the pictures! Which is often not the case… We loved the bathroom and used the massive Turkish bath / spa three nights. Very much appreciated having Netflix for the evenings as well. And the amazing breakfasts and service from Dibek and team! It’s really beautiful with many different spaces indoor and out you can use, and the staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend.
