Acer Cave Hotel was a wonderful surprise. From the outside, the hotel looks quite unassuming and doesn’t immediately stand out, but once inside, it completely changes your impression in the best way. We stayed in a beautiful deluxe cave suite, which was very spacious with both a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom was a real highlight — large, well-designed, and featuring a jacuzzi that made the stay feel extra special and relaxing. Breakfast was impeccable, with excellent quality and variety, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff were consistently polite, warm, and always willing to help. In particular, Emrah stood out for his exceptional hospitality. He spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful in organizing our entire stay — booking taxis for us as well as arranging all our tours, including the ATV tour, horse riding tour, and the Green Tour. Everything was handled smoothly, which made the experience completely stress-free. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and truly fulfilling. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodation, and well-organized experiences made it feel like a hidden gem in Cappadocia. There is also another branch called “The Portal,” but this property is definitely a must-stay for anyone visiting the area.

Dream rooms, delicious breakfast & great staff! Couldn’t ask for more on a couples getaway. They decorated the room which was a lovely surprise to the missus!

“PERFECTION!”

The stuff is super helpful and nice. It was our honeymoon and they put extra effort to put balloons and red roses on the bed. The room is extra spacious, with two hot tubs and view on the castle.

The staff are very friendly especially Emre n Bilal... and all others are very good. They were all very helpful and van go extra miles for tge guests. Love you guys , gonna missed Acer Cave Hotel.

“A corner of the river”

This place captivates you from the first visit, the hotel is extraordinary with options that make you truly appreciated. This is the 2nd time we have returned to this place and I would come here whenever I had the chance. Masar Donmez is an exceptional host and if you step foot in this accommodation, ask for him. I left this place with the regret that time did not stand still for at least 1 decade.

We truly had an amazing stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely interior decoration in the entire hotel and room. Very clean room and a very, very comfortable bed. Varied breakfast. Nice, quiet location with its own beautiful view from the terrace. Not too far from Goreme by taxi. Highly recommend - we would return tomorrow if we could!

“Lovely Stay”

We stayed at Acer Cave House for two nights with our family and had a wonderful experience. Our room, which had balconies, was absolutely lovely. With the heavy snowfall, the place transformed into a winter wonderland—truly magical! The staff were incredibly efficient and kind. On our last day, our travel plans were interrupted due to the heavy snow, but the hotel staff were very understanding. They moved us to a new room and allowed us to stay free of charge until 5 pm, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The breakfast spread was lovely, offering a great variety of options to start the day. While the hotel is 5 km from Goreme, we were more than happy with our choice. The rooms were nicely heated, and despite the outside temperature being -5°C, we didn't face any issues with the warmth inside. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service, and we highly recommend Acer Cave House for anyone visiting the area!

The service and hospitality were truly commendable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist, which made our stay more pleasant. This was undoubtedly one of the biggest highlights of our experience. Additionally, the breakfast was quite decent for a small hotel, offering a good variety of options.

Staff was friendly and although not all of them spoke perfectly english it was more than enough to provide extra care for us! I appreciate the view from the hotel and that it was close to local shops and a supermarket. The transfer and tours provided by the hotel were also punctual and decent! Our room was huge, clean and warm.
