“Beautiful, great location and well-equipped.”

The villa was clean and tidy, lots of spaces to eat and drink with 2 dining tables inside and 2 outside. 6 seats in the living room. 2 double bedrooms, one with a sofa, one with a crib and double bed and a single room with 2 single beds in it. Lots of storage space in wardrobes. Curved staircase up to the bedrooms. Lovely kitchen with everything you could need, including utensils. There is a bbq around the side of the porch area and a washing line at the front of the property. 4 bathrooms, 3 with showers. The pool is great and gets slightly deeper towards one end, my 10 year old could stand up in the shallow end up to her shoulders. There are up to 6 sunbeds that I can see but we only used 4. Great surroundings, privacy fence around the property too. Very short walk into the centre of town. We loved staying here for our 2 week holiday and the hosts were very attentive, available on WhatsApp whenever needed! Would highly recommend this villa to our family and friends as it had everything we needed. Thank you!

The villa was well equipped, clean and comfortable. There are plenty of storage facilities for clothes and suitcases within the villa. The pool area was spacious and cleaned daily. Excellent location and very helpful owners who were there to meet us on arrival. They even gave us a gift when we left to say thank you! Fourth time to Dalyan and it won't be the last.

Everything was so perfect . All check-in/check-out process was so smooth. In addition , the staff made everything easier for us. The property has everything you need . It was very comfy.Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail. It was one of the best accommodations.

I've been to Dalyan many times. Villa Etki is well-situated on a quiet street an easy 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Dalyan. The villa was absolutely spotlessly clean. Everywhere. The rooms are beautiful, the beds large and comfortable, and the kitchen is very well-equipped with plenty of good quality pans, knives, cutlery and other implements. There is a modern fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and air-conditioning both upstairs and down for the hottest months. Outside, the pool is beautiful and very well maintained. There's a BBQ fireplace on the terrace and a shady Kosk (a shady Turkish lounging-place) by the pool. The owners were there to welcome us when we arrived, having gone to great lengths clean the villa swiftly to allow us into the villa a little earlier than normal. They messaged us a couple of times during the holiday to check that everything was well and even brought us fruit, fresh pomegranate juice and home-made pastries. At the end of our stay they allowed us to stay on a few extra hours so we didn't have to hang around in the town before leaving for our flight and they absolutely refused to accept any additional money. This is, hands-down, the best of the (20 or so) villas I've ever stayed in in Dalyan. Its quality and the extra benefits of it being owned and run by a young local family rather than by an agent or remote landlord really made our stay extra-special. Did I mention that the price was excellent too? Honestly, Dalyan is a wonderful place to visit, and if you manage to book a stay at the lovely Villa Etki, you really won't be disappointed.

The weather, food and area is very good. The villa and hosts were outstanding.
