“Especially silent and private place”
At first, privacy is very important to me and my wife. So this place has 120 (ore more) percent in this aspect. However, you need car to reach it (in Crete without car is very difficult to have good vacations). You can reach it by asphalted way, but you need drive carefully. Nearest best beach is Ligres beach (Galini beach is not so good, but in Galini village are a lot of tavernas). Secondly, this house is in the mountain. So, there is very good pure atmosphere. Yes, there is windy. Thirdly, house has all amenities, except drinking water. Wifi is very fast, good hot water system, good air condintioning (heating) system. Fourthly, master is very attentive and unobtrusive (this is related to the first point (privacy)).

“A pleasant house where we felt both on vacation and at home”
Ornus House is located in a small, quiet Greek mountain village, with few but very friendly people. (One day, a lady we met in the village offered us cinnamon biscuits she had made at home.😊) The stylish villa is spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Upon arrival, I found from the host, Panagiotis, raki, peanuts, water in the fridge, wine and olive oil. Communication with the host was fast, efficient and helpful. The location, the village of Orne, allowed us access to most of the beaches in southern Crete, on well-maintained mountain roads, 20-50 minutes.

House is very secluded in the small cretan village at South Crete. Beautiful view of the mountains. Very lovely house nicely equipped. Beautiful beaches in the area like Triopetra, Ligres. Not far away to Spili

Location is nice and quiet! Lovely traditional stone house. Little village on the mountain side about 15 mins drive from a lovely beach Agios Galini.

A truly perfect spot for those looking for a quiet, romantic getaway. This house has a spectacular view. It's a quiet, private spot and very close to beaches of southern Rethimnon like Triopetra beach,Agios Pavlos Beach and Orne river. The highlight of our whole trip!

Really clean house with everything needed, had a good AC. Good and peaceful location in the small village called Orne, and very welcoming host, everything was perfect.
