“A nice cozy place for 2 with calming nature and close to the sea.”

The place was right on point for the price and had 2 close beaches near which were perfect for relaxation. Kalm waters and a place to have a night walk. A good terrace view with a backyard and nature having a glimpse of the sea as well. Very peaceful place with a nice parking space and an all-around green backyard. The service was very nice and the owners were very nice and calming. There was an air conditioner which worked very well and positioned on a good place so that you wouldn't mind and the WiFi was very good as well. The room is small but just enough space for 2 or for couples to have a nice stay and relax. The bathroom doesn't have a separate shower but it was enough to take a shower there and had hot water all the time. They also have 2 showers in the backyard if you need to clean and shower with curtains after coming back from the beach. All in all it was great for us 😄

Wonderful stay! The villa is even more beautiful in person than in the photos – spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. The location is perfect, peaceful and relaxing, yet close to beaches and restaurants. The hosts were extremely kind and always available to help. We truly felt at home. Highly recommended and we would definitely come back again.

“Hospitable, friendly and super convenient location for multi-beach indulging”

The location was good with fine proximity to the beaches. One very beautiful, calm and serene beach is located only 300 m away from the hotel. Parking facilities at the hotel compound was great too, as was the use of communal space for wifi, microwave etc. Hot water showers outdoors for all guests to use are very nice and comfortable. What I liked the best with the stay was the facilities of the room with kitchen, large fridge and freezer, wardrobe with lots of hangers and drawers, television and hot water bathroom. But most of all, the lovely, friendly, helpful and generous hospitality of the hotel owners Giorgos and Voika; the time they offered to me as a guest was wonderful and memorable.

Objekat ima jedinstvenu lokaciju, lako pristupacan iz bilo kog pravca. Ima veliki privatni parking u hladu, i veliko uredjeno dvoriste sa mnogo zelenila i cveca. Izuzetno funkcionalan, tusevi u dvoristu, lokalna plaza na par minuta hoda, voda u kupatilu se greje putem protocnog bojler tako da u svakom trenutku ima tople vode, kuhinja funcionalna i odlicno orjentisane terase!

“Basic stay near beautiful beaches”

Villa Iris is near beach Lagonitzi, also 2 km from Thalgo beach and 2 km from Ormos Panagias marina. I liked the water in the shower, although there is not shower cabin. Big yard with beautiful trees and flowers, but too much mosquitoes. Nice balcony with a partly sea view, near the road, partly quiet. I asked for towels and hairdryer and the owner provided the items.

Most wanted: a room not exposed to the torrid sun, in the back of a beautiful garden, where a group of trees host a family of nightingales. All needed amenities, wonderful host, a real storyteller about Greece's old times and modern best places to see, eat, swim or just pass by.
