Overview
Nikos Apartments is surrounded by a lush garden 250 metres from the beach in Dimitrakia in Halkidiki. It features self-catered accommodation with free Wi-Fi and balcony or patio overlooking the lush greenery. A kitchenette with cooking facilities, fridge and dining area is included in all the air-conditioned units at the Nikos. “It was superb - the best part was the staff and their incredibly welcoming attitude.”
It was really great, exactly what I needed for a night - a bed, air con, shower and a tiny well equipped kitchen. Also, the next day was excellent and spent on a nearby beach.

“good place for relax between Nikiti and Vourvourou”
Тhe furniture in our room and bathroom were as new and modern, there was available all you need as mirror, bench for luggage ..etc. The kitchen and bedroom were big enough. There were two terraces with table, chairs and big dryer. There is a very big well looked yard with barbeque , places for resting ,playground for children , own parking.

“This is one of the few places we would be very happy to come back to.”
The apartments are big and offer quite a lot of space, the kitchen is fully equipped. Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days. We had two balconies in our apartment. A lot of storage space is provided as well. The garden is marvellous, very big with a lot of cosy corners to rest and enjoy the Greek nights. A huge playground for the kids, as well as a tennis table and basketball court.

Very big yard with lot grills and parking spots and near to beautifull sea beaches and the hill with very beautifull trees like in national park it is really best location on Sitonia .

“Wonderful”
Peaceful and wonderful place to relax! Kind attitude from the owners! The rooms are clean, and around the hotel there is a huge green area and a children's playground, many separate corners for relaxation, barbecue.

The room was clean, the towels and the bed sheets were changed every 2 days. The garden was very big and beautiful. I appreciated the dish soap and sponge, the coffe machine and sandwich toaster. Overall a very nice stay.

“Great base for visiting Sithonia”
Nikos and family are very friendly and would give great advices on beaches and places to visit. Our room was a typical studio, with a double bed, sofa, kitchenette and bathroom. We had literally everything we needed for our stay. There are plenty of very nice and well kept shared outdoor areas, including covered eating areas, a BBQ area, a small basketball pitch, outdoor showers and a playground for the little ones. The accommodation is located on the main road from Nikiti and to a walkable distance from some beautiful beaches.

Great location(close to the beautiful beach Karydi and Trani Ammouda), beautiful big garden perfect for children(more like a playground for them), nice barbecue. The rooms were spacious, cleaned every day and the sheets were changed every 2 days. The staff is also very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Good location, very quiet day and night, great when you travel with kids because there is a great big garden with super smooth grass just great for barefoot walk, and all kids stuff. Also 3 grill posts with everything needed. Nikos is a great host, giving all the info about surrounding, boat rental and places to visit. Everything is very clean, room spacious, bathroom the same, big fridge, TV ( some channel in english) and internet (when is not raining :) Because there are many beaches and places to visit, is better to have a car We had Great time at Nikos
