“We definatelly recommend the stay at Villa Estella”

We spent nice week in Stella's villa. Stella suprised us with welcome gift (fruits, bread, wine, cheese, ham, some sweets etc.) as well as with the Greek desert during our stay and goodbye gift:). The outside sitting area and the swimming pool were great for family of 4. The house is equipped with all you need, including washing machine, shampoo, shower gel, tea, coffee (three types).

Everything was absolutely perfect. Stela, the host was the most welcoming ever making our stay one of if not the best ever, catering to our every need. Even baked us a cake. The place was immaculate in every way. Thank you and keep up the good work 🙏🏻

“Wonderful villa for your summer vacation”

The villa, the outside sitting area and the swimming pool are amazing. Very clean, beautifully designed, cozy and well made. Kids loved the pool, we had a great stay! The host, Stella, is just wonderful - very attentive, friendly and made us feel very welcome there. She prepared some local snacks for our arrival, few nice surprises, which we loved. The place has everything one would need during stay - all is well thought through. It's green and rather quiet, they take a good care of the estate, Stella and Thanasi. There's a bakery and a supermarket close by, and you can walk to Ormos Panagias for beach bars and restaurants (but we moved with a car everywhere).

Everything was exceptional. Hosts made so much effort to make our family feel wellcome, we would recommend this villa for any family visiting Sithonia.

“Very good value for money”

Very nice host Stella being ready to help as much as it practically possible. Welkome bottle of wine, water and some fruits was very pleasant to see. Perfect location from logistical point of view (close to the Livrohio beach, not far away from the supermarkets). Nice and clean house/villa. Other than that a few items worth to be considered from my personal view, but I do not see it as a negative feedback. The size of the Villa is smaller (60 square meters appeared to be not too spacious) than expcted based on the photos provided, but this was partially compensated by outdoor terrace and barbeque area. Its perfectly suitable for 2 Adults and 1 child. I would consider this property as lovely Guest House rather than Luxury Villa. For more spacious Villa another 1K to be added at least, otherwise its a very good value for money paid. The Villa is closely located to the main road therefore if there will be a wish to open the window and enjoy the night fresh air then it will not be possible due to the noise from the road or coyote screaming from nearby forest. However, in the summer time the chance to open the window during the night is very low. I always appreciate a wooden floor in such summer holiday properties, but here on the second level the wooden floor creates an unpleasant noise as soon as you stepped on. I guess this is due to be unable to regulate the micro climate inside the house. When you leave the house completely unattended there is no chance to keep the AC working, so the temperature is jumping from being very hot to a very chilly condition eventually damaging the wooden floor. The Villa located on the same plot of land as the owner house, so you might see them on regular basis. Therefore its up to you how to consider it. For us it was beneficial since we were able to request a support at any moment of time.

The hosts, Stella and Tanasis, very nice people, were so friendly offering us a very pleasant stay. The villa is new, with a very well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. There were some pleasant surprises waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival (fruit, water, sweets for children and other pleasant surprises). Coffee and tea were provided by the house. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, with 2 types of detergent available for white and colored laundry. The owner of the house, Stella, makes sure every day that everything is in order and that we are not missing anything. It was extraordinary! The villa is located at walking distance to Omros port where there are some taverns and the beach. But we were moving to a different beach each day by car. There is an own parking place at Estella Villa. I recommend this location to all those who want to relax and have an unforgettable vacation.

“Beautifull villa”

Special place , very beautifull house and yard, ideal for a family (we were 2 adults and 2 children) . The villa has all the facilities: coffee machine, sandwich maker , washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioners , fridge , barbeque outside, 6 min walk from the beach, market near by, everything you need . The owner Stella a very special person, she welcomed us with a bottle of wine, and some juice and sweets for the children, always there for you if you need any help . Hope to come back soon.

“Excelent holiday house for family”

You cand find there everything that you need: excelent design, big rooms and spacious bathroom, nice and greeny yard, outdoor terraces. Everything is new, the house is equiped with all necessary details: fully facilities in the kitchen ( even sugar, coffee, etc), bathroom ( washing machine, slippers, towels,etc). Towels and bedsheets are changed every 3 days. But most important: Stella, the host. She is paying attention to details, offering help any time, not to mentioned nice Greek dinner she organized for us, cookies for out little ones, fresh fruit and nice company every day. It was perfect location, very accessible to many beaches ( by car) and we had great time enjoying the yard every morning at breakfast and evening to a glass of wine. For sure we will come back!

We had an amazing stay at Stella's villa! She and her husband are great and warm hosts, who make you feel at home all the time. The villa has everything needed for you to have a great time and you will not want to leave! They even treated us with a homemade barbecue for dinner along with the nearby neighbours, which was an amazing and authentic experience! We highly recommend for you to visit Stella's villa if you want to experience Sithonia in the best way! Will certainly visit again!

Luxury Villa Estella is the perfect place for a family vacation. It is equipped with absolutely everything necessary for the stay. There is also a privat parking place for the car. We would love to come here again. We will miss the host of the villa the most - our amazing Stella :)
