Everything was wonderful. The house, the location, the silence, the nature. There is a secured parking space in the yard of the house, which was very important for us. I definitely recommend it with both hands and we will come back here again. Thank you for everything.

Perfect location for a family of 5, it is located in a wonderful green area full of olive trees, a bit far from the centre of Ormos, 20 minutes on foot, very quiet and relaxing. Beach 10 minutes on foot.

Very comfortable apartments, with their own yard and parking space near a beautiful beach, the owners are very nice people, communication is at a high level. Absolutely trouble-free vacation, I recommend the place.

It was peaceful because surrounding properties are further away. Although the hosts were on the property and available, they were hardly noticeable. The nearby beach has everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

House itself and all furniture was new and clean. The beach was 5 minutes by walk, For restaurants and market you need to drive. (Only 3 minutes) House owner was very nice and kind, she gave all information we need. Long ın short very nice place to stay for holiday, i would go again.

We recently stayed at Ktima Panagias for holidays and the place truly exceeded expectations! Everything was exactly as promised on booking.com . The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable, and the comfort of the beds ensured we had restful nights. The kitchen was well-equipped and made meal preparations easy and enjoyable. The outdoor space was a highlight for us, with a beautiful terrace and garden where we and kids spent a lot of time relaxing. A particularly warm memory from our stay was being greeted by a friendly turtle on our day of arrival, along with a lovely couple of cats that added a charming touch to our experience. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable and delightful holiday retreat.

A very beautiful place to stay for the group of people. You have everything you need and even more, including barbecue. The place is surrounded amazing landscapes, the sea is at around 8 mins of walk. We enjoyed it very much and plan to come back!

We liked Ktima very much. The location and all facilities were top, but Ktima's charm is in the hosts. So warm, welcoming and helpful. Surrounded by olive gardens, Ktima gives you the piece that you need for a complete rest, with very nice yard and near the beach, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you for the great vacation time and we'll be back for sure!

Liked the details and interior, quality appliances, comfy beds, cleanliness, and kind and welcoming hosts. It is a good stylish accommodation but not worth 115€ a night.

Excellent location, very close to Tranni Ammouda beach and 10 minutes with the car from Nikiti center. The house is brand new and cosy. Very nice garden and perfect view to enjoy your coffee.
