Our recent stay at this family-run hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff, who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed—perfect for families with children or couples looking for a quiet escape. The hotel is perched atop a small peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding coastline. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. It’s just a short walk to the beautiful Lagonisi beach, which was ideal for lazy afternoons and safe swimming. For a bit more adventure, Ormos Panagias beach is just a quick drive away and offers fun water attractions that kept the kids entertained for hours. We also appreciated being close to Nikiti, where we enjoyed a bit of nightlife along the waterfront—great restaurants, lively bars, and a lovely evening vibe without being overwhelming. A special mention goes to Dimitris, the owner, who was absolutely fantastic. He spoke perfect English and Bulgarian (and Greek, of course), which made communication so easy for us, and his warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. It's rare to find someone so genuinely invested in making every guest feel welcome. Overall, this place is a perfect blend of tranquility, scenic beauty, and thoughtful service. We left feeling refreshed and grateful—and already thinking about when we can return.

This is a family run accommodation, with amazing facilities, perfect views, quiet and ideal for couples with or without children. Rooms are cleaned every day, breakfast offers nice variety of local food. Pool area is so serene, with perfect little spots if you want to relax alone.

The facility manager is also the owner. He is friendly, focused on the guests experience. Speaks Bulgarian and English. Amazing 360 degrees sea view from the windows of the apartment, where we stayed. Quiet, big yard, playground for the children, two barbecue areas for 20 people each. Laguna beach near. Staff was friendly to our mini Schnauzer. Excellent accommodations spot for the holidays! I recommend it!

“relaxing”

thelocation was perfect quiet and with perfect views, the room was very cozy and the hosts were great.

Wonderful location surrounded by the sea, close to many beaches and the marina where there are various restaurants (some small beaches can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes, for restaurants 6/7 minutes by car). The sea below Heos is rocky and excellent for snorkeling, reachable in 5 min. through a not too difficult path. Very well kept and cosy accommodation including the common areas of the garden, perfect for relax. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and never intrusive. Dimitri gave us a lot of good advice. You need to ask in advance whether the restaurant service is available. The apartment's kitchen is well equipped. Excellent breakfast, both sweet and salty. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is very calm away from the crowds, there is a nice pool, a lovely panorama and lots of place under the shadows of trees.

“Peaceful stay with breathtaking views to Atos”

Such a peaceful place, with breathtaking views, family friendly, great facilities and host. The breakfast was fabulous with some homemade cookies that were absolutely delicious. The location is amazing - very close to one of the many beaches in Sithonia, close to Nikiti & Vourvouru.

The place itself is incredibly beautiful with view to the sea and mount Athos. Sunrises were breathing. The surrounding is gorgeous and with walking distance to the sea. 2 verandas..,Breakfast was decent but satisfactory. Over all one of the best we have encountered and we have been in quick a few

“The most perfect place.”

Of all the places I have visited in the world, Heus is probably my favorite. Dimitri and his family made us feel like we were staying with friends. The attic rooms are amazing, the views are great from every window, the pool and areas are gorgeous - and we didn't leave the place for 4 days. Why go anywhere else? I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. As long as you don't take my place!

Outdoor facilities were excellent. Pool, platform/bed in a tree, bed in the garden, etc. Very nice. And the owner is a very nice person, too. We enjoyed the stay.
