“A great place to spend your summer holidays”

Excellent hotel for a holiday with sea views. We loved the area, the beach nearby is fantastic and the pinewoods are well worth exploring. Special thanks to our host Maria who took care of every single detail, tasty homemade breakfasts and delicious dinners. Daily cleaning, room service and attention to guests made our stay perfect.

Everything was perfect

Excellent location, the property is located on a hill where you can have all the peace in the world. 5 min walk from the hotel is a very nice beach. The hotel also has its own restaurant, a bit pricey for the size of the plates but tasty food nonetheless. While not luxurious, the room offers everything you need is very comfortable and clean. There is sufficient space to park your car which is also a must have. Didn’t use the pool but is a nice addition and looks cute.

Our bungalow was open plan with a separate bathroom and felt modern and spacious. The bedroom area had a double wardrobe, a good-sized, comfortable, double bed and a living area with a sofa which opened flat into a bed. Large balcony with plenty of room for a table and four chairs, two recliners and a drying rack. It has subtle screening which gives privacy. Spacious kitchen area with most items needed. Sink, kettle, sandwich toaster, two-ringed hob, fridge. Enough plates, and cooking utensils. Breakfasts were always tasty – and plenty of choice - eggs and omelettes, wonderful Greek yoghurt, cakes, toast…. You will not go hungry. It is served in the small breakfast room overlooking the swimming pool. The beach is 5 minutes’ walk away, and the views from the hotel are stunning. Hours can be whiled away on the balcony just watching the sea and the boats.

“Our stay was in one word exceptional!”

The location of the property is just awesome! It’s 5 min walking distance from the beach and 5 min walking from the Main Street of Ormos Panagias. The view from our room (2nd floor) in the villa is just “one time” and also from the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Location facilities maintenance service everything was impeccable. It exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely superb. Every aspect of the place was outstanding. Maria and her team of staff are so friendly & helpful. The room was extremely comfortable with everything you're likely to need. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk downhill into the centre. Would highly recommend. Can't wait for our next stay.

Great view and location. Easy to reach. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Daily the room was cleaned and arranged. Great blue flag beach reachable by foot. Host was very helpful. Very kind and welcoming personnel. The property restaurant Thalassa was the best culinary experience in Sithonia. Dedicated parking for guests.

One of the best hotels I have ever been. Everything was above expectations; service of each staff member, thanks to lovely cleaning lady - rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. Food & wine excellent in the restaurant including the amazing view. Same view available from each 8 rooms. Pool has warm water and pool area is very nice. Maria and Amir have created a real paradise here. I would definitely want to come back when visiting Sithonia.

Beautiful peaceful, idyllic waterfront location 5 minutes walk to pristine beach and small village with tavernas. Very well family run hotel, gracious hosts and very quiet in early June.
