Hospitality 10/10, even greater than it should be to a simple passing tourist. The property also owns a small shop with homemade olive products, bee honey, soaps...). It's well positioned if you arrive by car (highly recommended), so you can equally explore the west and east sides of Sithonia. You have your parking place which is covered, so you don't have to protect your car from the sun or thunderstorms if any. Huge balcony is a plus, and there is also a huge common terrace/area with kitchen appliances, dining table... All in all, excellent value for your money.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Afroditis house. The location is stunning — every morning we woke up at the paradise, the garden and the yard are so beautiful. The small beach nearby is breathtaking! I highly recommend going around the island, which is convenient to do from this accommodation in both directions. The hosts welcomed us with such kindness and generosity, treating us not just as guests, but like a family members. Their hospitality was heartfelt, thoughtful, and full of warmth. They made our Easter and helped us feel completely at home. It’s rare to find a place that touches you so much — this was definitely one of those special places.

Such a fantastic experience. A quiet house surrounding with olive trees and close to the beautiful beaches of Sithonia. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. And that made our stay so pleasant that we can't wait for the next summer :)

Very responsive hosts. The rooms were extremely clean. It had all the amenities for families with children, including a dishwasher. The yard is very well arranged - there is a corner for eating, for resting, for the children to play. Exceptional price-quality ratio. An ideal starting point for around 10 ideal beaches nearby. Thanks for the hospitality!

Very friendly hostess. The entire property was very clean and well equipped. The house is convenient located by the main road but it is very quiet. We enjoyed every minute and we strongly recommend it!

“Perfect for us”

Very nice place, tastefully decorated, nice garden, large terrace, good wifi. Also, very nice and discrete hosts, Anastasia and Kostadinos. We liked the large terrace and the outdoor cooking facilities (fully equipped outdoor cooking space, accessible to all guests, additional to the indoor kitchen facilities). The location is close to some good beaches that we like (e.g. Lagonisi and Geea). We felt really good there, we hope to return soon.

This place is perfect to rest, peace, beautifull beaches nearby, every needed equipments in additional outside kitchen, and in apartment, parking for car, very kind hosts. We recomend with honesty.
