A great penthouse apartment with an indescribable ocean view. Very clean and very well equipped.

We loved the Paloma Penthouse! This condo was true to its description with an interior that was well designed and pleasing to look at! Our family has been vacationing in this area for 4 generations now and this unit was by far the nicest! Located in the Van Lee Condominium building, this penthouse has a view from the 13th floor that hosts views stretching all the way south to the Daytona Beach Boardwalk, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and even New Smyrna Beach. This unit has a dedicated laundry/storage room that is just accross the entrance so that the laundry noise and beach gear is separated from the living area. When you walk in, you enter a great room with a spacious kitchen with island and seating for 4, a dining area that comfortably seats 6 and then a large family room with ample seating for 6+! This great room ends with a panoramic oceanview with access to a large covered balcony. The master is located off of the family room and is very large housing a king bed and a master suite with walk-in closet and its own balcony access and panoramic oceanviews. The second bedroom and bath is off of the dining room and contains 2 full beds with a closet also. All rooms have continuous tiled floors, crown molding, updated fixtures, large smart TVs, and beautiful decor. This unit was also equiped with ample beach accessories including 4 boogie boards, 2 beach style chairs, 2 camp chairs, beach toys, and a beach wagon to haul everything with! There was plenty of extra linens and bathroom tissue. The kitchen had every appliance from a toaster to a blender. In fact, the only thing we couldn't find was a cheese grater.... but honestly it was probably hiding in plain sight! The owners of this unit thought of everything and included a booklet explaining the building, unit and area so that we could know everything from how to get into the door downstairs to where to find horseback riding on the beach!
