“Very nice, beautiful ocean view, great value of money.”
Gorgeous beach view, the hotel is situated right on the beach. The room was clean and decent, very comfortable large bed. Nice pool, nice and polite staff. A cozy place :)

“Excellent value and amazing location”
Convenient location, amazing view, and access to Ormond Beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Temperature control was in the room and worked well. Office staff was very helpful and flexible as we weren't able to arrive during business hours. Arrangements were made for the key, and the check-in was over the phone. The price was fantastic !! The room was basic but comfortable. We watched the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Parking was easy. We have a large pickup truck and managed fine. We would definitely stay again.

“Was OK”
We only stayed one night, it was close to speedway which was what we wanted. Hotel is a bit tired, but bed was comfortable and staff were great.

While the units are obviously older, the place is clean and comfortable. Soft beds, clean rooms, easy check In and check out. Rooms are large and all tile floors. Good place for a couple of nights stay. Refrigerator and freezer along with microwave, free coffee in lobby. Cute little table and chair set and a couple of chairs on the balcony for hanging out. Easy beach access too.

We knew by your reviews that the place was under construction and accepted that fact for the price we paid, half of what we paid in South Daytona. I ended up asking for a mop to clean the floor of our room. No problem for me as I'm a doer when I can.

The location is quiet. The staff was great and Kevin is friendly. The rooms could use a bit of updating but worked very well for our stay. The pool area was always clean and tidy. If we return to Daytona beach we will definitely booking here.

“For $180 a night I expected better”
Bed was super comfortable, but the entire motel was pretty warn out.could use a total remodeling.for the money it was totally not worth it.
