“Bad administration, a lot complaints for rooms, parking, services.”
First the room that I select thru booking is not the same that I received in the check in. No ocean view, no kitchen, no stove, no sofa bed, how that they show in the booking page. The air condition dont work for the first night until 3am that the manager of maintenance come to change for a new equipment, so the room is so hot, that we need to be out until 2 am. They dont give any credit, or better acomodations different until the situation is resolved, any other benefits or apologize for the inconvenience. Very bad customer service.
