- The staff at this hotel is amazingly friendly and kind (they waited for me for the check-in until late and still were incredibly polite and kind - big thank you!) - The room was amazing: spacious loft with fully equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable bed - Finally a place in Ormoc with stable and strong wifi, which I urgently needed for my work - No problem with hot water in the shower - Free filtered water on every floor of the hotel - Very convenient location, super close to SM Center

overall experience was great! It was very easy going and cant complain about the cleanliness. There's Dayka bakeshop nearby, sari-sari store, grocery store, pie shack and carenderias a few steps away.
