The surroundings were nice and the hotel was quiet during the night. Instructions to the self-service systems were clear.

The reception did not write me how to enter in the room, as there was anyone at that time (11pm). I called by tel, she explained me, but probably I did not understand well and I did not find the key case. If she wrote me an email explaining ne how to do, it was easier. Fortunately, a friend took my room key for me before my arrival. I had no signal to inform to clean my room. In the kitchen, there was not enough sugar and butter for breakfast. There was no jam at all. Unfortunately the good breakfast in the main building was served only from 8.00am, too late for our needs. In the following question "La struttura ha soddisfatto le tue aspettstive?" you should have to put also "enough", that is between "no" and "yes".
