Bed was comfortable, room was big as was the bathroom. Water was hot. Pleasant kitchen and patio area to relax in as well. Location was good. Nice to have coffee, water, biscuits, sweets and tea available

“Clean, modern and cozy”

Really nice stay, definitely worth the money.. Nice extra, a patio and kitchen where you could eat your breakfast for example. In the middle of the centre with very good restaurants around the corner. Parking place nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed a real good restaurant advised by the owner of the guest house.

Very clean, recently renovated

The location was very central, very clean and cozy! I'll never forget the amazing pillow! Host very helpful from the check-in to give us all the information that we needed. Definitely recommended.

The accommodation is located in the city center and has a keyless entry system, so you can check in whenever you like. Everything was clean and tidy, and communication with the host was also very good.

The location is very central, but on a quiet street, so there is not any noise. The place is very new and everything is spotless clean and very nicely decorated. Cannot recommend enough.

Lovely recently renovated property, our room was upstairs and was very well appointed. Everything was well done with modern fittings and A/C. Downstairs was a communal kitchen with fridge,coffee making facilities etc. Parking was available a short distance away, it was free overnight but we had to feed the meter after 9am. The hosts were great, one of us was a bit ill in the morning and we were able to stay later - that was very helpful and thoughtful.

Lovely, spacious, clean apartment with all amenities needed for a great stay in Oristano. Additional shared kitchen facilities (with coffee, tea and fridge access) was a bonus as well as dining table and courtyard. Recently renovated and just a lovely place to come back too. Great location for exploring the historic centre of Oristano. Highly recommend.

“Beautiful quiet room”

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. The room was very beautiful, clean and there was everything that was needed in it. Also the apartment has beautiful tarrace. In the kitchen is the fridge and basic equipment to prepare coffee and tea or sandwiches. The host was answering to all our messages very quickly and even when we had the problem with the water it was solved straight away. The location is close to good restaurants shops and bakery. We only stayed there for 1 night but it was very quiet which was perfect for us

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean, full of amentities. Just in the centre of the town. And the owner was very helpful giving you all the necessary information.

It was clean, fresh and modern with everything I needed. Margherita was extremely helpful with information. I arrived early and she was kind to allow me to check in early. The common areas include a small living area, kitchen and dining with tea and coffee-making facilities and tea and coffee. Lovely books to read and a really nice protected courtyard. I highly recommend La Casetta.

It is a luxury house with rooms and with a large common area. Comfy room & bed. Very nice common area (table to eat, microwave, big fridge, etc.). Nice and friendly owners. Automatic check-in check-out (entrance with code); therefore, it was not necessary to fix an appointment with the owner. Perfect location in the centre of the town. Internet available. We will come back!
