The owners are very kind and helpful. Free parking is available on the nearby streets. It's a good base if you'd only want 1 place to stay on the island. The room is spatious, the small kitchen of the room was handy for us.

Impeccable new renovation, clean, tidy and just about everything a traveler would require for a few nights away from home. Good shower, plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly. Great breakfast with plenty to choose from and real value for money.

“Great short stay in Oristano!”

Very comfortable apartment and very beautifully decorated.the host was very kind. Located in residential neighborhood just outside of oristano. Bed was very comfy! Breakfast was lovely on outside patio with delicious cappuccino! Parking was easy...on residential street. Location was approx 10 /15 minute drive to historic centre of oristano..had delicious pizza just down the road which was about a 4 minute walk! Would highly recommend for a stay in oristano.

Wonderful property with the most hospitable host you’re likely to ever meet. Giglia makes sure you are absolutely taken care of and comfortable. She has such pride in the property and her service and you feel it through your whole stay. The breakfast is insane- in a beautiful like patio, it’s a homemade treat that changed each morning of our 3 night stay. The room is immaculately clean and the linens, towels etc are all super comfy. We ended up eating in 2 nights as the kitchen is so well equipped, and all the styling so Italian, it was fun to stay in and eat.

The property was just out of Oristano but easily accessible by car. The rooms were comfortable and the shower hot. The breakfast was adequate and the host was very pleasant .

I loved my stay so much! The experience exceeded all of my expectations -- the space was larger then I imagined, I had a full kitchen and high ceilings. The kitchen was well equipped, with a microwave, stove and really nice olive oil. The breakfast was exceptional and very generous portions. Best of all, I received such a warm welcome!

Our stay at Sa Tebia was one of the best ever! The apartment is not just beautiful, but furnished with elegance and in every detail you can see love and thoughtfulness! They let us keep the motorcycle in their backyard. The owner was so sweet, kind and polite, she gave us tips for eating, and she invited us to their local party! The breakfast was in the sweet outside kitchen, extra delicious with homemade cakes and yoghut, eggs, coffe was the best! We really enjoyed this stay! I would defintly choose Sa Tebia again! My expectations were exeeded!

The accommodation is like a small apartment with a double bed, furniture, an en-suite (bathroom) with a window, and a fully equipped kitchenette, including a medium-sized fridge, microwave, coffee machine, coffee pods, utensils, plates, mugs, TV, clothes warmer, and AC. You can heat the food of your choice. SUPER. The train station is 8 minutes’ drive, and the airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes by train. In less than 400 meters, this accommodation has a supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, butcher, pizzeria, bars, stationery, bakery, hair salon, dentist, hardware store, ATM, auto mechanic & parts, and church—excellent and peaceful accommodation in Oristano.

Amazing hosts that do their best to make you feel at home. Great breakfast, we especially appreciated the fresh delicious croissants they served. Our room was super cute and clean. If you have a car, the location is super convenient to visit the best beaches of the region.

Lovely breakfast with plenty of homemade treats on offer. Room had good quiet aircon and wardrobe provided. We had use of small kitchen and full size fridge. We arrived on a hot day and were cool and comfortable shortly afterwards.
