“Excellent stay”
Location is excellent. Public parking is not too far. The house is newish and apartmets fresh and very clean. There's plenty of room for 2 and the room is wisely organized. No complaints on utilities. Very easy check-in process. Heartily recommend.

“Easy, convenient and clean.”
It was very well located with easy (paid) parking just around the corner and good restaurants nearby. We only stayed one night but access was easy and necessary access codes provided in advance of our arrival.

“Great value stay in Oristano”
Really enjoyed our overnight stay here in this property. Everything we needed and equipped up to a high standard. Excellent bathroom with its own little balcony. Nice views across the rooftops. Very comfortable bed with some mood lighting which was fun. The rooms are in a self-contained restored part of an older building in a very central position, accessed by elevator. Good communication with management team.

“Clean and Compfy”
The Host was really nice and available via Whatsapp. It was easy to check in and out. The parking can be a little tricky but after a little bit of looking we found a spot (tip: on saturday afternoon and sunday the paid parking is also free). It‘s right in the center and was a very nice Room.
