I honesty think that my experience at Figoli Guesthouse was on of the best I had on more than a thousand places I used at Booking. It was much more than I could expect from the price, I had the feeling it was too good to be true. The location is just perfect, central, walking distance from all necessities and good restaurants, easy parking all around, quiet and sunny as it is the top floor. Everything inside is new, it has all possible gadgets one might think about, spacy fridge, washing machine, big screen TV, large dining table, loads of air conditioning everywhere, good lightning. Last but not least, Carla, the owner is always there to help you with every single detail, easy going, willing to make you feel secure and confortable. It's the kind I place I could live for months! Will definitely be back, as the price is really good for all it offers. Don't hesitate, go and be happy!!

“Fantastic Stay in Oristano”

Everything! Carla is super gracious and welcoming! The apartment is very spacious, clean, well furnished, well equipped and very well located! Very easy to find parking 🅿️ space in the street and very safe. Perfect location also to get to the most amazing beaches around. Also a Beach 🏖️ Umbrella was provided by the host and that is a plus as far most beaches in Sardinia are “wild” and free! Washing machine was also very helpful.

“Comfortably set up apartment in central location”

Carla met us for check in and was very helpful with information and then we communicated via WhatsApp with extra questions such as restaurant recommendations. The location is very central. Short walk to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc One bedroom and bathroom on first floor where living/ kitchen located. Other bedroom and bathroom up spiral staircase inside apartment. Both have large double beds and air conditioning. Mattress upstairs is a bit firmer but both comfortable. A number of different pillows provided and extra linen and hangers in the wardrobes. Lots of other extras to feel like home such as coffee, tea bags, bread, butter, bottled water and some snacks. Washing machine, iron and ironing board Clothes drying rack located on the veranda outside the bathroom Windows fitted with adjustable shutter blinds that block out the light completely. Bedroom upstairs has thick curtains. The central location means there’s street noise but the bedrooms are at the back so closing doors blocks out most noise. Balcony at front and back

Our host Carla was delightful and went out of her way to make us feel at home. Carla gave us local advice about restaurants and the best restaurant was underneath us (Da SID). Truly excellent. Paid parking in the street was easy, free from 8pm -9am and Sundays. The apartment was extremely spacious, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, living area, washing machine and best of all a lovely balcony with the shade of a beautiful tree. Sadly we could only stay one night.

We were met with the host for the keys. The location is excellent and spacious and most importantly air conditioning. The host was amiable and clear despite the language barrier. Next to restaurants cafes and easy near parking. two bathrooms made a difference for tow couples.

Spacious, has everything you need. Air con in every room. Excellent welcome. Good location. The beds are incredibly comfortable and was the best night sleep for our entire 2 week holiday.

The high standard of the facilities and the size of the apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 balconies and even more space where others could sleep). And just outside the door you find 2 really nice restaurants. Besides that, there‘s a supermarket 2 (or 3😄) minutes away walking which is open every day. And we were always able to park nearby, max. 2min away, for free.
