“Would recommend staying here”
Great studio with everything we needed. Parking was easy, just a tiny bit offroad to the residence. It is situated at the edge of a quiet town, with everything one needs. Pool is nice, but can get crowded if all villa's are occupied. Communication with the host went smootly.

Nice moderen apartment with beautiful garden with a pool. Safe parking for motorbikes in the yard, We stayed here last year and we came back.Excellent starting point for the most beautiful beaches. And the owner is supernice.

“Superbly equipped and stylish apartment with great views and all mod cons”
A great find and one of the best places I've stayed on cycling trips around Albania. Extremely comfortable and well equipped and ideal for a relaxing and recuperative overnight stay. It's a short drive or a 10 minute walk to the main strip of restaurants/bars and a bit further to get to the beach but a lovely hillside location with ceiling-to-floor windows and great views and everything is hi-spec and ultra-modern.

The accommodation was new and clean. Our host was very kind and helpful. At the beginning of our stay, he shared with us tips for trips, restaurants, etc. As a nice bonus, there was a coffee maker, an ice maker available at the accommodation and the pool is heated.

“Great place”
The place was nice and clean and had everything you needed for a few nights stay. The owner was very nice and helpful and even brought us byrek on the first morning. The pool was small but clean and a nice addition. The location was great away from the pollution of Vlorë and only 30 minutes from the nicer beaches past the tunnel. The views were lovely and we even saw an owl one night which was incredibly exciting for me. I’d recommend this place.

“Wonderful experience and best host ever”
It was a wonderful experience to stay in Hela Residence. I highly recommend it. Best host ever! And we travel quite a lot. Beautiful house. Wonderful, modern and spacious apartment with beautiful mountain view. Fully equipped kitchenette, coffee machine additionally available. The pool is shallow on one side, ideal for children, gradually deeper on the other. Orikum itself is a small, quiet Town, close to Wlora and Dhermi, but away from the tourist hustle and bustle, which was an advantage for us since we prefer more autentic places and experiences.

“See you next year”
What a beautiful and quiet place. Already second year we choose this place. This year they have build a swimming pool, perfect for the children. Cannot wait to see what they will do for next year. New tunnel take you to Ionian sea in 20-30 minutes, what a location for so small price.

Could not recommend this stay more. The room was much larger than expected, the kitchen was well stocked and spotless. Large and very clean bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the room had a great view. The best host we have stayed with, super friendly and helpful. He was kind enough to let us use the coffee machine, washing machine and had delicious pastries for us in the morning. Clear instructions for finding property

Realy luxury apartment on the hill. Clean and new with pool and wonderfull view. The road is still unpaved and a bit bumpy but it's worth. Mike is excelent host. We really recommend this place even for longer stay.

Perfect comfort. Price/ Quality better than expected. Location very good. 20 min from Vlora, 50 min from Dhermi. Better to stay here in full comfort than to pay there 5 x more.

Ideal location, very quiet and not far from all kinds of shops and beautiful beaches. You have a beautiful view from your room and balcony. The building is new and very modern. Rooms are very clean and all have air conditioning and all necessary facilities. The price is much cheaper compared to an accommodation on the beach, where it can also be busy in the evening and not quiet to spend the night. I will definitely come back here next year
