It was a good price-quality balance, nice apartment on the 4th floor with 1 very big and 2 small balconies. The balcony view is breathtaking.The towels and bed linen were extremely white and fresh. Sea is 10 min far by foot or 2 min by car. The beach restaurant serves delicious food, the staff and service are nice. It wasn’t crowded , the sea is clean with the amazing color of water and picturesque seashore.

Everything went well. The apartment house is newly renovated and immaculately clean inside. The air conditioning worked perfectly. About 10 minutes to the sea, the same to the city center. The accommodation has its own private beach where there are free sunbeds. Great value for money.

Excellent host, very nice penthouse apartment with big balcony, seaside mountain view. Clean rooms comfortable beds, nice air con, good wifi. We had the best time ever, would like to go back again at some point. Thank you Emanuela for recommending Karaburun Peninsula day trip that was the highlight of our stay. Absolutely Manuela and her family who we're always kind and nice to us, we had the feeling tò be at some friends' house. The restaurant ( especially the mussels) and the service on the beach were the top!

The apartment is clean and quiet with thick blinds on all windows and balcony doors, keeping the sun away and making the room livable even without the AC switched on. Free sunbeds at Nettuno beach are provided for the guests of Residence Sinani. Everyone was nice and friendly. Klaudia made an exception for us and let us check out later than listed in booking at no additional cost.
