Perfect location in the heart of the Plaza. Apartment had a comfortable bed and living area.

The apartment was spotless when I arrived. Excellent housekeeping. The apartment itself is very well equipped. I opted to cook whilst I stayed, and it had everything I needed and more. The location is perfect for restaurants and a few bars. But you needn't worry about noise its very quiet. The swimming pool is well kept and large. The host responded to my messages prior and during my stay almost immediately and she organised me transfers from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be staying here again without doubt.

“Lovely spacious apartment with great customer service”

Perfect location - great for golfers. Right in the Plaza with lots of bars and restaurants. We never used the pool, but the area was lovely and clean. The access to the building is gated with a key code. Gate on the stairs and locks on the door so very secure. The apartment is spacious so not under each others feet. Comfy bed and bedding. Naglis was very attentive and thank you for accommodating our late check out. We would definitely use again.

Apartment was clean and tidy, was expecting a 2 bedroom apartment, 4 ladies we managed with what we got. Villa martin square was just a short walk away with lots of bars and restaurants. Not much going on around unless you like golf, easy enough to get a taxi and they were cheap enough. 45 minute walk to La Zenia boulevard. Great place if you just want to relax.

Close location to the Plaza. Clean, tidy and very useful products in the bathroom. Presuming left by past guests but extremely helpful when flying with only hand luggage and unable to pack all products needed. We passed it on to allow future guests the same 😊

Location was perfect. 50 metres from the Plaza. Pool area was much better than expected. Very comfortable and clean.

We like this apartment and will definitely be back. Clean, tidy, modern. Nice balcony with table overlooking the main road. Bedroom and bathroom both comfortable and spacious. Lounge very nice with TV and integrated kitchen area with all utilities. Check-in man who handed over the keys was friendly (although the address is a rough address, and you have to contact the agent to pick drop off the keys to find the apartment). Good communication with agent by messaging and calls. Shop close by for essentials, although venture to Aldi which is a short drive away if you want more reasonable prices. Lots of parking around, and if you cant get outside the apartment which is usually busy, there is lots of spaces on the nearby and quiet main road. Access to swimming pool is by a key fob. No sunbeds but not a problem as you just put a towel on the grassy areas all around. Bus stop right outside. Taxis sporadic in Villa Martin but reasonable cost. E Scooters all around which you can use by app. However be aware that going to Flamenca/La Zenia for example will cost you the same as / more than a taxi! Many Restaurants & Bars in the plaza and on the main road (we have stayed in the area many times and this is why we come back!) - The Chinese opposite the apartment is very tasty but service without a smile lol, and Chemies bar is a must. We will definitely be back here again and were very happy with our stay.
