“Very disappointing. Decidedly sub standard.”
This is not a hotel it is a back packer hostel. The standard of security is poor as the main door was left open throughout the night. It is located next to an Irish bar which pumps out loud music most of the night. The standard of furniture was poor and I was not happy to sleep on the bed and sat in a chair for a while. Once the bar closed, I made my way back to my parked car near the plaza where I spent the night safely and in more comfort. Once daylight arrived I returned to the room, used the unclean shower with the broken door, dried myself on one of two hand towels provided dressed and left. I did not return to stay for the second night I had booked. Communication during the build up to my arrival had been so poor that I wasted no further time in informing the company of my departure. This nature of this property is not accurately represented on your website.
