“Not quite as described! But fine for a short stay”

Location: quiet area, access to some restaurants etc can be done on foot in as little as 10 minutes. For larger shops and La Zenia mall, would suggest use of car with journey time of 10 mins or so. Didn't use public transport. Eating out: 10 minutes walk, quite flat and well lit to the strip at Campoamor where there is a KFC and other independent restaurants and bars serving excellent food. Shopping: larger supermarkets are a short 10 minute drive, or a 25 min walk. Alcampo at La Zenia, Lidl, Mercadona in the vicinity of each other, or Consum nearby. No small supermarkets unless you go to the strip at Campoamor. Most walking routes are relatively flat around the area. Pool is communal so can be quite busy at times, however you can use any of the 4 there. The nearest is just a few metres away at the end of the road. Secure communal property which was key access only and with on site parking for one vehicle which was nice as only residents walking passed the house and it was quiet otherwise Air con was good and functional Stairs are steep and not particularly wide so were thankful for the handrail. Washing machine and clothes airer in the small rear courtyard, but functioned fine. Having WC downstairs in addition to the bathroom upstairs was good. Dining table and sofa were perfectly comfortable
