“Had a nice stay”
It was a nice size for a small family to stay at. The main bedroom was a good size, the second bedroom had two single beds ideal for children. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge dining area was comfortable. In the summer I think the roof terrace would be the main attraction, you could spend plenty of time up there dining , relaxing etc The property was convenient for the boulevard and local restaurants. Being on the top floor it also felt secure.

“Excellent facilities.”
Very smooth hand over. Lovely clean apartment. Everything was perfect. The roof top terrace was a bonus and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended. Centrally located and easy access to mercadona, Lidl, la zenia boulevard, paddy point and much more. Roughly 15 minute walk to the beach.

The roof terrace is fabulous. The kitchen was adequate for meals at home. Close to La Zenia shopping centre and a very doable 20-minute walk to the beach. Quiet, safe area within a locked gated entrance. Syliva was very helpful. Good price point.
