The accommodation was very well-equipped, comfortable, and had everything one might need. Amaury is a very welcoming and helpful host; on our departure day, he even allowed us a slightly later check-out, so we could head straight to the airport.

“The perfect base you need to explore St. Martin”

Conveniently located on top of a hill above Orient Bay, about 1Km away from Orient Bay's "main beach", 2Km from the main Supermarket in the area, and a pletora of smaller businesses that will get you covered for whatever you need. It is a decently sized unit for a couple (and one kid - we travelled with our 2yo daughter), with an amazing view of Orient Bay. We found it clean, with a well equipped kitchen for basic cooking; it has a spacious balcony with a nice view of the bay, large enough to line dry your clothes while having some space to enjoy a meal in the evening breeze. It's within a very safe and super quiet area – the whole complex is gated at night - no noise policy after 10PM and no cars around ever!. Beware of the iguanas and the chickens (they are friendly, but I would not bother them) :D There is also a very beautiful and warm outdoor swimming pool with a view of the ocean, and apparently they recently added a shading system to give you cover from the sun. The host is a great communicator, got everything worked out for us, and accommodated for the couple of requests we inquired about. He responded really quick even when I contacted him for a question I had about the unit. Plus: the unit has a pair of beach chairs (we did not happen to use them as we had beach blankets) and most importantly an awesome beach umbrella that you can take with you while exploring St. Martin's beaches (the sun could really scorch you), so you do not have to travel with them or rent them on the island. I strongly recommend this place and I will surely try to rent this unit again if I will visit Saint Martin in the future.

Spacious with great view.

The property itself was really nice and it had everything. Be the location was very far from any shops etc . The beach was nice but a lot of sea grass and rough sea, there were a few beaches which were much better but you have to walk 25 minutes and when it is hot it was problematic . There was a nice large pool but there were no umbrellas so not shade at all .

Located about a 15 minute beach walk from all the beach restaurants of Orient Bay. For us the perfect spot, also for gooiing to Pinel island. Very nice view of the beach and mountains. Very nice accommodation.

“Very pleasant relaxing stay overlooking Orient Bay”

Well equipped studio, pretty design inside, great view, well equipped kitchen with full complement of spices, a very pleasant stay. The owners were very organized and timely in their instructions to get there and receive keys. The location of Mt Vernon residences is overlooking the West end of Orient Bay. We walked to Orient Bay village every day, 1500m for Wingfoiling. Kitesurfers could launch from just in front of Mt Vernon residences if experienced. The Mt Vernon residence also has a pizzeria and a grocery shop for all basic foods and liquor. The unit faces South overlooking Orient Bay. A nice view for sunrise and evenings.

“A great holiday in a lovely apartment with an amazing view!”

The apartment has the most incredibly beautiful view of Orient Bay. The apartment is quite large for a studio and is very comfortable with everything you need. Also provided were chairs for the beach and a beach umbrella so you could walk down to the beach below and sunbathe there in privacy, as it is at the far end of Orient beach. The owners, brothers Thiboult and Amaury, were very helpful when we contacted them and we dined in their wonderful restaurant Bistro Caraibes, Grand Case, twice during our stay in St Martin which has fabulous food. The apartment is in a well looked after complex (Mont Vernon) - which has a little shop which was well stocked and a pizzeria which was excellent. I would suggest that anyone coming here book car hire as the complex is a distance away road wise from the rest of Orient Bay which has some lovely restaurants and a great little french cafe for breakfast. Car hire is reasonably inexpensive on St Martin.
