Clean and Marco was very helpful, easy to approach and ask questions. Very understanding person.

Everything is great,the quality of the utilities, the decoration of the house, huge and fascinating garden, parking place and the owners.The location makes it very easy to go to Venice center by only one bus route and very cheap. Does not matter if you have a car or not l,you should definitely stay here. The family has three dogs l,they are vwry friendly and don't care abour your dog.

This place is a hidden gem! The property is so cozy and allows guests to truly fully relax while enjoying the sun and the sounds of birds chirping. Everything about the space is designed to perfection to match the rustic style of the area, but also to be comfortable by modern standards. The flat had all cutlery and kitchen devices you could need, everything works perfectly. There is an early accesible laundry / drier and games room with ping pong and board games. The owner is a wonderful man, super friendly and helpful. I really hope we can come again in the future.

A lovely, clean, ground floor apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Marco met me with the keys on arrival. He supplied me with lots of information before I arrived, about the property, directions, public transport, restaurants, local points-of-interest and facilities available, etc. All the information was very comprehensive and well put together. The bed was very comfortable and the underfloor heating made the place cozy. The free wifi was excellent. Secure parking on site. The apartment is about 20 mins walk from the nearest restaurant which is perfect. Absolutely no issues with this property, Marco is a charming host, and for me on a long work assignment it was much better than the normal boring hotels, to have more flexibility and not having to eat out in a restaurant every night. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Awesome host, very beautiful garden and surprisingly good accommodations, I'd suggest this for anyone who wants to be comfortably located near Venice - it's fast and very easy to get to Venice by bus. Definitely a stay we will repeat!

Awesome host and beautiful property. The 2 dogs in the property became our good friends! Lots of space in the apartment. The host was great, very accommodating and helpful in answering questions. Gave good advice on easily reaching Venice. Would highly recommend.
