“It’s not bad combination of quality and money”
Easy to go to Venice by the train or bus, not so expensive as in the city. If you wanted to economise to see Venice, it’s good deal. Be careful with the trains: the last one from the city was 20:40, the first one to the city in Sunday - 08:12. Pay attention.

“Very Bad”
Alot,the stuff isn't welcoming at all...it's a struggle to just get checked in and worst of it all they will stand at reception and not attend to you or even look your way.The bathroom was dirty, there was no hot water, the WiFi didn't even work...horrible breakfast and is set a night before making it very cold and untasty by morning, dirty pillows as a headboard...unfriendly stuff. NOT WORTH THE PRICE AND HASSLE.

Lovely place, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms very good size, very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast included and it was very tasty. We had everything we needed.

The hosts are friendly. The breakfast is varied. The bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes half an hour to Venice. Free parking is available in front of the hotel.

They never provided us with the right invoice. They claimed not to be able to give invoices to a company that is not Italian. They gave us the wrong invoice for some food and other services we never paid for or ordered. Very unprofessional and completely operating outside of the EU standards.
