The room had air conditioning, it was very clean, everything beautiful, nice view. They have a restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the prices are really good and the food amazing as well! If you arrive too late after check in, they will leave the key at the reception for you. They gave me a lot of info on transport and other things. City tax was like 2.5€ for two nights. There’s a bus right across the street that takes you to venice in 25min.

Lovely appointment, big and spacious. Two big beds upstairs. Lovely large bathroom. Bus was about 25mins from roma venice bustation to the hotel, bus right outside. Mosquito/fly net on widows which are great.

Check in was super easy and the room was clean and spacious with everything you need. The bus to Venice was exactly outside the B&B. Staff were helpful in getting me a free tourist tax for entering Venice for 2 days

It is in a great location for traveling to Venezia and Padua. in particular, the bus stop is in front of the accommodation. It is also convenient to have a restaurant on house.

The hotel is easy to find and has a spacious free parking area. We arrived at around 3:00 p.m., and the keys with a note were waiting for us at the reception desk. We had a room on the second floor, without a kitchen, which was perfectly sufficient for a one-night stay. The room was nicely decorated and had very high ceilings. The mattress was comfortable, and the room was warm. In the morning, breakfast is served downstairs and includes coffee, a croissant, juice, and water. Within a three-minute drive, there are two supermarkets and a very good fish shop where you can buy ready-made takeaway food.

Great value for money. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and there was good Wi-Fi. Tea and coffee making facilities were available. We stayed in January and the room had excellent heating and the temperature could be adjusted to your needs. Not every hotel in Italy offers this, so it was great. Air conditioning was available, but I didn't use it due to the season. There's a large free parking lot at the hotel, so parking isn't a problem. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel, making it easy to get to and from Venice at any time. For a small fee, you can order a delicious Italian breakfast at the hotel, which the owner prepares herself and is truly excellent. I recommend it. The owner herself is a very kind and helpful person who selflessly helped me solve a problem I had, and thanks to her help, everything worked out. Thank you again, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the Venice area. See you soon.

Great clean room with a mini kitchen and microwave. Breakfast for 4€ was only tea or coffee and a sweet croissant. So if you don't like that better make your own food in the little kitchen.Supermarket is nearby.Parking at the hotel is free. Every half an hour goes the bus to Piazza Roma in Venezia right in front of the house.You can pay the bus with Kreditcard.We would come back again.
